No October wrap-up here! Why? Because I had an absolutely awful reading month and the few books that I did manage to finish have already been returned to the library 😅
I was so looking forward to reading allll the spooky books this October but I ended up being way too swamped with school and studying

Everyone like this post so I can convince my boyfriend that he should be on my bookstagram more!! He makes a pretty good Ove considering that he’s 30+ years younger than him 🤔 Also, who else thought that Ove was 80 years old lol 🙋🏼‍♀️I still haven’t finished this book, but I have a feeling that it’ll be 5 stars for me!

Book Review: The Turnout 🩰

Rating: 1.5/5

First off, let me say that I hated Dare Me by the same author, so I have no idea why I read this.
This book was just straight up not good. But hey, at least it gave me an excuse to break out my pointe shoes 🤷🏼‍♀️ Absolutely nothing happened until after page 200, and even once things started happening it was still excruciatingly boring. I felt like there were a lot of loose ends and the whole story was very disturbing and bizarre. I will say that the author did a good job of capturing the world of competitive dance though!

☕️sweater weather has finally arrived☕️

I love this little sweater and books challenge that’s been going around lately, so here’s my version of it! Not sure who started it though so if you know, please tag them so I can give creds!
