『大宮にもっと遊び場を！』を合言葉に2017年8月より大宮を更に面白くするべく発足。

大宮のクラブシーンの中心大宮444quadにて毎月第4水曜開催し、ロックを中心にフェスミュージックを多数届けつつ、毎回バラエティ豊かなGuestを招聘し、大宮に音楽とお酒で人が繋がれるような拠点作りを目指している。

渋谷宇田川カフェにて長年Newoldを主催する嘉数晋吾を中心に、メンバーには本業アイドルのロックDJ Annaらレギュラー陣に加え、FriendDJにはあのテレフォンズのメンバーでもあり現在はFINAL FRASHやMigimimi sleep tightでドラムスを担当する松本誠治を迎え4名体制で活動中。
