Grilled chicken fried rice
Grill your chicken breast seasoned with Dayum tasty Asian rub. (let smoke for 20 mins first for extra flavor!)

Cooking hot and fast on my Laredo 1000 pellet grill.
meater+ helping monitor this cook all the way to perfection.
Smoked cheeseburgers with wine braised mushrooms and onions.
Took these premade burger patties and seasoned them up with Tasty Sear Original Gourmet Beef rub. Smoked at 275 degrees on smoker until they hit internal of 160 degrees.
Topped with a wine braised mushrooms, onions and garlic topping and a little balsamic glaze drizzle.

Baby back ribs
It is beautiful out in , but these ribs are looking amazing. Picked up this rack at and they didn’t disappoint!
Seasoned up with the one and only DAYUM all purpose rub.
My black label 300 makes having great food in a hotel or anywhere possible!
Shredded Salsa Chicken
Need an easy meal? Well here you go!!
Ingredients
-2LB chicken thighs (any cut you want)
-3tbs DAYUM Southwest AP Rub
-2 TBSP lime juice
-2 cups (approx) favorite salsa (should cover chicken)
Directions
-Place chicken in bottom of crock pot
-sprinkle seasoning all over chicken
-cover chicken in salsa
-add lime juice
-cool on low for 6 hours. Shred with forks and mix. Let sit about 30 mins
Serve this over rice, in a taco or whatever you imagination can come up with.
Shredded beef tacos
These were absolutely amazing. So much beef flavor. I made tacos but this also would make great sandwiches. Seasoned up with Dayum tasty bark brisket and Southwest ap. container made for a great shaker. Cooked in my slow cooker for 8 hours. What a great hotel room meal.
Ingredients
3lb chuck roast sliced into 1.5in strips
One small yellow onion diced
3 cloves chopped garlic
dayum tasty bark brisket
dayum southwest ap
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
Directions
- Cut chuck roast into strips and season all sides with both rubs
-Place diced onion and garlic in bottom of slow cooker and top with chuck roast and top with cilantro
-cook on low for 8 hours
-shred beef with forks and mix well

Full cook on these beautiful baby back ribs I got from here in
Seasoned up with DAYUM AP rub. Smoked these on my Black Label 300 portable pellet grill at 300 degrees hot and fast. Spritzed with water when they looked a little dry.
When they were tender around 200 degrees, I sauced them up with mild bbq sauce and let it tack up for about 5 mins. About 3 hours total cook time.
Thanks to my orange diesel gloves, staying clean and avoiding a mess was a breeze.

Cast Iron Mediterranean Chicken thighs
Living in a hotel for a few months. This is my first cook. Stay tuned to see the result.
Seasoned up with Mediterranean rub and seared in my skillet.
This beef shredded liked butter!!
Smoked for about 3 hours on my Laredo and then braised with beef broth, onions and garlic! Seasoned with tasty sear for beef and some fresh rosemary. As always, orange diesel gloves helping me handle the heat and stay clean.
Steak quesadillas.
Took a mock tender steak and cubed it up. Seasoned up the cubes with some DAYUM Southwest AP and gave them a quick pan sear.
Assembled a simple quesadilla with pepper jack cheese, cilantro and lime juice.
Quick easy Friday night dinner.

Finishing off the Mediterranean chicken thighs
Just some easy Saturday chicken legs
First day the weather played nice and I was able to break out the black label 300 portable and get some grilling going.
Seasoned these drumsticks with Dill pickle wing rub under the skin and then a nice layer of party rub.
Smoked these for about 30-35 mins at 250 and then cranked the grill to 375 and cooked till finished.
Can’t go wrong with a good sizzle!

The one thing that sucks about the military life is you can always count on having to move. Of course we find right before we have to transfer. These people have been god sends to our lives.

Just a good ol brisket for
After trimming, this brisket was about 11.5 lbs. left it ride for 2 hours and then spritzed with some beef broth and water every 45 mins. Once the bark was fully set (around 170) I wrapped in butcher paper. Probe tender around 209 degrees. Rested for almost 2 hours in the cooler before slicing. 9-10 total hours.

I really hate dishes, so cooking everything on one surface is one of my favorite things. My deluxe 4-burner griddle fits that need. Bacon and burgers cooked and buns toasted.

Cooked these wings, seasoned up with Neil's Sarap BBQ, LLC DAYUM AP, on my Pit Boss Grillstill they reached 165 internal. Then opened the sear plate and gave them each a quick sear to finish crisping the skin

New Grill who dis?
As much as I’ve loved my classic, it was time to upgrade. Welcome home to the Pit Boss Grills platinum series Laredo 1000. More than doubled my cooking room without taking up much more space on my little porch. Also with bluetooth and WiFi capabilities, the easy sliding sear plate, and 25 degree control increments. I’ve done a few cooks so far and can’t wait to get a long one going this weekend! Sold exclusively through Walmart.
JAMAICAN SPATCHCOCK CHICKEN
Seasoned up with Neil's Sarap BBQ, LLC Jamaican it tasty, including under the skin. Cooked on my Pit Boss Grills Laredo at 350 degrees. Kept track of the cook using my MEATER and when the breast temperature reached 160, I coated the whole chicken with a. Roasted pineapple habanero finishing sauce, that I leveled up with Joey's Hot Sauce 50/50 scotch bonnet sauce. This chicken came out so juicy and delicious. Flavors were popping!

Borrowed my neighbors Oklahoma Joe's Smokers] bronco and did some hanging ribs. Fired up some JURK Charcoal] and got it rolling with some@hickory chunks. Seasoned the ribs up with Neil's Sarap BBQ, LLC] DAYUM AP. Cooked these between 300-325 for about 3.5 hours. Spritzed every 35-40 mins after the first hour. Got such a beautiful color, flavor was on point, and the meat pulled from the bone perfectly. Can’t wait to get a barrel of my own and do this again.

Take a spin with these chicken drumsticks. Rotisserie chicken drumsticks using the @rotoq360. Seasoned with @neilsarap DAYUM AP rub, loaded the legs up into the flat basket and got the rotisserie set up. Out on the @traegergrills Ironwood XL at 325 degrees. Did a basic thin bbq sauce glaze once the chicken was about 140 degrees. Let them cook until 180. Who’s down for an adult French toast bake?! You have to make it using @carolansirishcream salted caramel!! Containing more cream than competitors and using naturally harvested honey for a unique taste makes it taste D-E-LICIOUS in baked goods! Cut up your brioche bread into cubes into an 8 x 8 dish and drizzle your egg mix and leave in fridge overnight to let all that yumminess soak into the bread overnight. Get it in your grill or oven at 350 degrees for about 40 mins or until it cooks through. I finished it off with a simple powdered sugar icing for a sweet finish to an absolutely superb brunch dish!! BOURBON STEAK KABOBS These were SO good! Mixed up the marinade (ingredients below) and cut up the steak with my @messermeister knife. Got the steak in the marinade and had that sit for about 8 hours (you want min of 4). I sprinkled the steak with just a dash more rub before assembling the skewers with mushrooms and red onion. I used my @rotoq360 self powered rotisserie and cooked these on my @traegergrills Ironwood XL at 375. I boiled my leftover marinade down for about 5 mins to make a good glaze for halfway through the cook. HONEY CHIPOTLE PULLED PORK Can’t go wrong with a tray full of deliciously tender pulled pork! No secrets on how I cooked this one. - Seasoned up this @swift__meats bone in pork shoulder with @ashkickinbbq Honey Chipotle rub from @sucklebuster. - Used my @meatermade block to monitor this cook. - 275 on my @pitbossgrills Laredo 1000 till the bark rub was set at about 160 degrees internal. - Put in a pan with 10 oz apple juice and 5 oz ACV, covered with foil and put in my oven at 350 degrees (had to hide from the rain). - At around 205 degrees internal it was probe tender. Let it rest for about an hour and then it shredded like butter as you can see.
