WELCOME BACK!
We are excited to announce that we are back and ready to accept NEW SUBMISSIONS!
Thanks to the feedback we received, we have made a few changes here at Key Keeper Magazine!
Here is a rundown for those who are familiar with us and how we have published in the past.
•We are now publishing issues bi-weekly, instead of weekly, now on the 1st and 15th of each month.
•We are now doing Open Submission, meaning that we accept submissions for any and all issues at any time and all the time, there is no deadline. However, we do still have themes for each issue, and images for publication will be chosen based on how well they fit the theme. If you want an image considered for a certain theme, we need to see it before that issue is published!
•The current theme, for the upcoming issue, and the next theme, for the following issue, will both be visible on our Facebook banner and at the top of our linktree, so you know what themes we are currently publishing for!
•We are no longer accepting submissions by comment. We are now accepting all submissions by email.
•We now have our guidelines posted on our linktree, where you can see exactly how to submit for publication and what we are looking for.
•We are currently considering doing single photographer issues, every now and then (maybe once a month), where the entire issue contains the work from a single photographer instead of many. This issue would also include the photographer's bio and any other information they would like shared. If this is something people are interested in, please let us know! Before we make a decision on this, we would like to see how popular the idea is!
•We are also now giving a FREE PDF copy of the magazine to all contributors who are published in that issue. If you are a contributor and want a physical copy of the issue your image is in, those can still be purchased on MagCloud!
•We are still a photography magazine. However, we are now asking for a little more with each photo submission. Here is what we are asking for when sharing your images for publication!
Information REQUIRED with each image submission:
•The Photographer's name
•The Photographer's page/business name or link, if there is one
•The Model's name (if there is a person in the photo, even if it is yourself in a self taken photo)
•Please share a little background about the image. (Where was it taken, is there any historical info about the area or subject of the photo, what inspired you to take the photo, what adventure led you there… etc.)
•What camera or photo device was used when taking it.
We are constantly evolving and updating how we do things in order to give the best experience possible for our submitters and viewers.

Now, I know we just said the 1st and 15th, but because we have taken a break and we would LOVE to have a Thanksgiving issue, we are going to publish this first return issue on November 23rd, right before Thanksgiving, themed Thankful Harvest. The next issue will be published on December 1st, with the theme Welcoming Winter.
For this first issue, we are seeking all images of harvest and of being thankful. Think outside the box of just the holiday itself. What are you thankful for and why? What does harvest mean to you? You can share images of your family, friends, pets, your job, harvest foods, your crafts or hobbies, you name it! The only limits are your own imagination!
