They covered up OFA together, Bound for life!!!

The Leadership Council meeting at CG Headquarters around 2011 under Papp. This was before OFA even began, but it was in this same room at this table that Coast Guard leaders would later direct the coverup of Operation Fouled Anchor. One thing to notice in these pictures is the presence of National Commodore (NACO) Jim Vass, who was NACO from 2010-2012. Yes, the was involved in the COVERUP of sexual abuse at the via their seats on the Leadership Council where these decisions were made. This is the room, this is what it looks like. Just change the faces. The most consistent face of all at this table during the OFA coverups was that of Lying Linda Fagan, who was first seated on the Council in 2016. Fagan has now been at this table for over 8 years. Fagan has been involved in countless discussions and meetings about OFA, even before CNN uncovered OFA. OFA went through all of the formal highest level decision making processes, everyone was tainted, and everyone was implicated. That’s how they would ensure secrecy. But someone leaked to CNN. Who? It was most likely an outsider. Our two primary suspects are CGIS Director Michael Berkow, who started and directed OFA, and one of the NACOs who sat on the Leadership Council.

Horrific. The OFA coverups were not victimless … the leadership of the U.S. Coast Guard created more victims and revictimized survivors over and over again

They are all playing the same game…
It’s breaking…they can’t stop it now…

The National Commodores (NACOs) of the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary were read into Operation Fouled Anchor via their seats on the U.S. Coast Guard Leadership Council (LC), the agency’s highest level governing body. The LC is the Board of Directors of the Coast Guard, and the NACO has had a seat on the LC for 20 years. The NACOs are elected, and serve 2 year terms. It must have been quite a shock to show up to the Leadership Council and learn about Operation Fouled Anchor, and even more of a shock to learn the Coast Guard leaders were planning to hide it from Congress and Department of Homeland Security. The NACOs involved in the coverup of OFA were Rick Washburn, Larry King, and Alex Malewski, who is an attorney in New York. We believe there is also a decent chance that one of these 3 men leaked the existence of OFA to CNN in the Spring of 2023. If you know these men, please ask them if they will now come forward to blow the whistle on the OFA cover up. It is their duty to do so. The survivors of OFA deserve nothing less than the truth.

Dude.

Here is the group that covered-up . Who was on this Leadership Council since 2016? The is on the LC. Who was the from 2016 through the present? This senior enlisted member of the US Coast Guard should be asked to explain what he knows about OFA and what he knows about the coverups of OFA. Please comment if you know who has been on this council. Fagan admitted in her recent testimony before the PSI that the Leadership Council discussed OFA…Who knows anything about Cal Lederer? He seems to be the legal mastermind of all of this..

The Homeland Security Department's inspector general said it's deeply concerned that the Coast Guard Investigative Service executed a search warrant against a whistleblower.

More revelations of sexual assault coverups by the Coast Guard at this stage are simply outrageous, but unfortunately also unsurprising.
The fight to deliver accountability for wrongs against our cadets continues, and won’t end until real, lasting change is made at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy.

(CNN)- A US Coast Guard Academy official says top leaders directed her to lie to sexual assault victims and Congress, making her an unwitting accomplice in a coverup of decades of abuse.
As a result, Shannon Norenberg says she’s resigning from her role as the academy’s head of sexual assault prevention and issuing a public apology to survivors, saying she is no longer willing to stay silent.

. Military Sealift Command is a cesspool of unpunished r**e and sexual assault & harassment. It’s all coverups, it’s all smoke and mirrors bs policies and paperwork that aren’t real, and this ruling is horrendous, denying Elsie the legal right to sue not only MSC, but also her ra**st. We need legislation.,.. But this is far from over. The civil case now moves to DoL, the criminal case is still alive, and then these is the S&R process the ra**st will eventually have to face. Elsie will keep fighting for justice…✊🏼
“A 2014 graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Dominguez is a career mariner who worked aboard the USNS
Carson City, an expeditionary fast transport vessel, as the first assistant engineer, according to court documents. During a stop in Brindisi, Italy, Dominguez left the ship and said she felt overly intoxicated after one beer and one shot of liquor. She returned to the ship and passed out in her room, where she claims the captain used a master key code to enter her room during the night and assault her while she was unconscious. The Justice Department has argued
Dominguez’s time working on the ship fell within a temporary travel status, and anything that occurred in that time while on her employer’s premises, even when off duty, is covered by the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act, or FECA, according to court documents…”

This senior enlisted member of the US Coast Guard should be asked to explain what he knows about OFA and what he knows about the coverups of OFA. For those who do not understand Danish, we present a version of brave American Merchant Mariner Ashley Codrington’s story of speaking truth to massive power—translated into a universal human language.
Sal Mercogliano: “I want to salute Midshipman Hicks for coming forward. When a young woman takes that kind of risk, it’s not easy.” #WhatsGoingOnWithShipping #MidshipmanX @midshipman_x
Rep. Peter DeFazio, March 2, 2022, Speaking on the ‘Midshipman-X Act’ (HR-6865): “In October a Midshipman was brave enough to come forward to share the trauma she lived through during her “Sea Year” as a student at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. “Her bravery has sparked a tidal wave of change for the Academy and for the industry at large. Not only do we have a responsibility to protect the students fulfilling their Sea Year requirements, there is also a responsibility to help ensure a safe working environment for all mariners out at sea. “HR-6865 gives the Coast Guard more leverage to investigate and remove predators who perpetuate a culture of sexual harassment and assault, requires companies to report incidents to the Coast Guard to ensure proper investigation takes place. It also includes important safety measures such as surveillance, master-key control systems, and extends the statute of limitation for cases of sexual assault and harassment. “This groundbreaking legislation is just one step in bringing justice to these victims.” —Peter DeFazio, Chair of the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure
Honoring Those Survivors Who Have Come Forward: At the U.S. Department of Transportation Virtual Town Hall held November 5, 2021, Deputy Transportation Secretary Polly Trottenberg and U.S. Coast Guard Assistant Commandant RADM John W. Mauger gave thanks to Midshipman-X and the many courageous victims/survivors who have spoken out, and to those who will speak out in the future, in an effort to change this industry. Polly Trottenberg: “I want to close on this note. I want to give thanks to the brave victims who have spoken out, and I want to make it clear that has been women and men, and that’s been current cadets and that’s been alumni and other people in this industry. I want you to know we support you, we want to protect you, and that your speaking-out is going to help us make this a better industry. One that guarantees the safety of people at sea, but for our cadets also ensures their academic and professional success. So thanks to all. RADM John W. Mauger “I want to speak for a moment about Midshipman-X and about our responsibilities here. To Midshipman-X, I applaud you for your courage in speaking out, and I want to work with the maritime industry to honor your courage to establish a culture of respect and trust throughout this industry.” Acta Non Verba.
@secretarypete : Soon to be Illegally Acting Maritime Administrator, Lucinda Lessley, testifying before the House “Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation” Subcommittee on July 21, 2021. Lessley tells Congress that she was alarmed at deferred or botched maintenance she saw when she toured the USMMA at the 2021 graduation. She tells the Committee she is taking drastic action to understand how this happened and to make sure that it never happens again. It’s almost like she is describing some kind of actual scandal and actual existential problem for the Academy, instead of talking about building maintenance, an issue the Academy has been struggling with since 1943. What is this all about? Is this the setup to get more money from Congress for the Academy? Is it the creation of a pretext to fire Jack Buono? So that they don’t have to say he was fired over a shocking and revolting sexual abuse scandal, they can say he was fired over building maintenance? Is it somehow the setup for the real crisis that’s coming? She’s showing she’s a natural investigator and someone who can take charge, get to the bottom of things and fix the problems? But why not alert Congress to the problems with the Sea Year program now? Why this deception? Lucinda Lessley has received more than enough information to convince her that there is a very very serious problem with the Sea Year program. Why not inform Congress now? Politics, folks. Politics. And where is the NAPA Report? It was required to be released in June 2021. Where is the Congressionally mandated NAPA report, Lucinda? Why not update Congress on the delay? Maybe we need to get more active in communicating with the members of this committee. Clearly, they are not getting the truth from Lessley and will not get it from her. #usmma #kingspoint #merchantmarineacademy #usmma2023 #usmma2022 #usmma2021 #usmma2024 #usmma2025 #usmma
