Minsan ang pinaka-kalaban natin ay yung sarili lang natin.

Andyan yung self-doubts, self-pity, blaming, insecurities, overthinking, and endless feeling na parang kulang pa yung efforts natin.

This is just to remind anyone who is going through the same thing — when you doubt yourself, You can trust in the Lord for direction. Minsan kailangan mo lang ng moment to sit in silence with God.

Kapag mas pinili mong ibigay sa kanya yung mga bagay na hindi abot ng kontrol mo, God will give you His peace and He will cover you with His strength to overcome your inner critics 💛

"Worry version 2"

Yung alam mong hindi ka naman dapat nagwo-worry pero nangyayari pa rin.



I was literally worrying minutes before ko ginawa tong artwork. I don't know, somehow, dahil sa pinagdadaanan parang yung worry hindi maiwasan.

Nakahiga, nakatakip yung mata ng unan, paralyzed. Dami kong iniisip, mga bagay na alam ko namang lie na ng enemy, pero somehow napapakinggan ko pa rin. Ayoko ng ganitong feeling pero yun yung nangyayari na..

Then, si Ate Jai niyo, tinapik ako sa tiyan.
Sabay tanong "Nagwoworry ka?"
Di na ko nakapag sinungaling, tumango na lang ako.

Then puma*ok sa isip ko, bakit nga ba ako nagwoworry?
Since di na rin ako makatulog, ba't di ko na lang idrawing?

So i got up and channeled all that feeling worry and my hope in Jesus.
Then to finish the art , napunta ako sa Psalms 55:22.

That says,

Psalm 55:22 ERV
Give your worries to the LORD, and he will care for you. He will never let those who are good be defeated.

Paalala na di natin kailangan mag-alala. Pero kung di maiiiwasan, sana ipaalala sayo ng Holy Spirit yung Word ni God na inaaral mo. Dahil sa totoo lang, OUR HELP COMES FROM THE LORD.

Yes, possible na di maiwasan ang magworry pag may great need ka at parang cornered ka na, pero bilang Kristyano meron kang Diyos na masasandalan.

Kung naabutan ka ng paalalang to Bes, samahan mo kong magpray at humingi ng tawad sa Diyos dahil nagworry tayo. And ask for Help sa kung ano man ang kailangan natin. THEN LASTLY, TRUST AND BELIEVE.

You're not reading this by accident.

Today, God wants you to know that,

You're loved.
You're strong.
You matter.

It is sad that due to our past experiences in life, we sometimes think less of ourselves.
I am so proud of you that you've come this far despite all the challenges and struggles.

Whenever you overthink, burn out, depressed, stressed, anxious, afraid and you become hopeless,
just rest in God's presence. Seek His word.

Matthew 28:11 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest."

Have fellowship with believers.

Remember in 1 Samuel chapter 30, David felt so weak and down. He also wept aloud until he had no strength left to weep. Because he found out that
his house are destroyed by fire and his wife and sons and daughters were taken captive.

When he feels sad or worried, he makes a song to God so that his feelings will change and continue to trust God in everything.

I hope we can find in our hearts to be like David, a man after God's own heart.

When the world says,

You're not enough,
You're unloveable,
You do not belong,
You're worthless,
You're a failure,
That's all you got?
You're lost,
You're weak,
You're nothing,

with all those commas, God will put a period on it.

I love you.
You're my son/daughter.
I care for you.
Come to me.

Jesus mandate us to share God’s word. What shall be our response then?

I, Grace, once was lost but now I'm found. Once blind but now I see. Saved only by His grace. I am one of those people who responded to the urgency in sharing God's faithfulness to all mankind. There are still a lot of people who doesn't know God deeply and misunderstood His works. Maybe some of you have already a relationship with Him but due to some circumstances, it grow cold.
