Hear 👂 this very well, a wound that a real friend gave you, is far more better than the sweetest kisses from the enemy.

Be friendly with everyone but not everyone is or going to be your friend.

Expectations can make you unhappy with others unnecessarily. The day you wake up inside you to realize that no one owns you nothing, your level of maturity quadruples, you become more contented with whatever little you have and happier with yourself and others.

Many of the things you read or watch on social are contents. Contents do not always reflect true situations. If you define your life around these contents you will eventually lost your own personal identity.

Before you put one foot 🦶 out to embark on any journey, be very well prepared to face realities so that you are never disappointed in the outcomes. If you are about to or still growing your page on social media, this post is for you even though it can be applicable in life offline.

You see this game of follow to follow to grow pages, it is a very fun game and a way to gain followers. But, it is not sustainable. Over 50 percent of people who followed you through that game will eventually unfollow you, even though they don’t have nothing to lose by following you, some people feel that they are doing you a favor by following you and because they see it as giving when they are not naturally givers, they will at some point unfollow you and in their minds, they feel they have withdrawn what they gave you. Some have hatred in their mind and you don’t really have to offend them, they can just wake up and unfollow you.

On doing giveaways to gain followers, it is not also sustainable except that giveaway is constantly consistent. There are people who only follow you during giveaway period and unfollow you as soon as that period is over. Some will remain on your page but silent until you start another giveaway period.

So growing page through giveaway and follow to follow is not sustainable if you intend to grow your page to the point where you can monetize your content. Gaining more followers is good but gaining followers who truly engage with your content is far more better.

The only way to grow sustainable followers who can truly engage with your page is to create content that people can engage with. You don’t have to do giveaway or do follow to follow to gain real followers that would grow your page if you are creating content that interest people to engage with. Take this reality to heart in your journey of social media growth.

This farm seeks to hire an experienced pig farm attendant. The potential candidate should be knowledgeable with the under listed and more:

1. Feed; how to formulate high quality feed at the lowest cost. Feeding ratio per animal. Accurate estimate on quantity of feed for a given period. Able to achieve desired weight in animal within a designated time.

Medication: Knows when and how to vaccinate

Accommodation and feeding provided with a reasonable salary.

Location: Ngor-Okpala LGA, Imo state. A rural area in between two major cities, Aba, Abia state (47 minutes drive). Owerri, Imo state, 35 minutes drive. About 15 minutes drive to Imo Airport.
There is borehole water and generator is used occasionally. Electricity from PHCN rarely. Closest area with daily market, busy activities and night time life -Okpala Junction, 5 minutes by Okada.

Work experience: A minimum of 2 years work experience with pigs and or other farm animals.

I don’t know if you watched him in those days act as Okonkwo, who adopted Ikemefula in Things Fall Apart. And of course his great movies in Noollywood . By all shades and Standard, Chief Pete Edochie is an icon and a living legend. 53 years of successful marriage with successful children in their own fields is not a great fit that is achieved by a wish. It came with work, sacrifice and getting up to walk the talks even when it wasn’t convenient. Golden people are refined people and when you know what it takes to refine a gold you will better appreciate those who by share efforts become golden.

Without mincing words, the wife who is a lawyer is even the greater team player and home manager. It takes great wisdom and genuine submission to handle the personality Pete Edochie.

And you know what, even though he is a celebrity, his 53 year marriage anniversary might not even trend as much because it is not a negative news. People tends to spray negative things more than they do positive things. But I chose positivity over negativity and that’s why I’m joining the celebrate this. Growing up, we had a mechanic that specialised in repairing Peugeot vehicles then in my hometown Oba.
He was so good that people from neighbouring towns used to bring their Peugeot of all ranges then, for him to repair.
My parents had Peugeot 504Gr and Peugeot 504L then, so we were regular clients to the mechanic.
As the world was evolving to Japanese and German vehicles, my guy was still repairing Peugeot!
At a point my parents switched to Benz 230 and Opel, my guy was still on Peugeot!
Long story short; as at the last time i came across him then, he had lost touch so much with present realities that you don't even know where to start helping from!!
Moral of the story:
We should always upgrade our minds and move with the evolution of life!
Nothing, absolutely nothing lasts forever!
We should develop our minds and not be stagnated!
We should not only move at all times, but we MUST be seen to be moving at all times!
Take the right steps in the right direction......ALWAYS!!!

I don't know who needs to hear this, but you can disagree with someone without insulting or disrespecting them!

Some people tend to forget that we are all subjective individuals and are entitled to our own thoughts, opinions and notions. Hence, the moment your thoughts differentiate from theirs, their weapons are disrespect and insults.

We can all peacefully agree to disagree and life will still go on.

The next time you feel the urge to insult or disrespect someone simply because their thoughts differ from yours. Pause and scrutinize your character. Make prompt attempts to solve the underpinning cause of such repulsive character. It is doable. You can argue and or disagree without insults, disrespect or fights.

Too much stress and too much pressure can cause mental health issues without you knowing it .

The money you are hustling for, strive to be alive and in good health to enjoy it. Create time food leisure, your body and mental state desperately need it.

Dear indomie children, many people you see living in luxury houses today or riding on luxury vehicles started from something like this in the village. Even my mama kitchen use to be almost like this. I grew up cooking and eating in a kitchen like this.

If you started life from something like this as your mama kitchen, gather here let’s praise the Lord. If you are still here, still join us to Praise God, because rejoicing with those who have crossed over this bridge of life means you have hope that you too will still cross over and even go further farther .

Understanding that life comes in phases gives you peace of mind no matter where you are in life phases and praising the Lord open divine doors, for a grateful soul receives more and more blessings. Amen 🙏

The old salesman replies Buy them at the price you want, Madam. This is a good start for me because I haven't sold a single egg today and I need this to live. She bought her eggs at a bargain price and left with the feeling that she had won. She got into her fancy car and went to a fancy restaurant with her friend. She and her friend ordered what they wanted. They ate a little and left a lot of what they had asked for. So they paid the bill, which was $150. The ladies gave $200 and told the fancy restaurant owner to keep the change as a tip...
This story might seem quite normal to the owner of the fancy restaurant, but very unfair to the egg seller...

The question it raises is:

This means there’s an expected holiday on Monday December 26 and Monday January 2nd since the Christmas Day and New day falls on Sundays respectively.

Now for countries where 26 December is usually a public holiday for the Boxing Day, it means that they may be expecting the Boxing Day holiday to be shifted to Tuesday December 27 since Monday 26 will be used for the Christmas Day public holiday.
