GOMOA ADAA NVTI GETS A BRAND-NEW BUS THANKS TO VICE PRESIDENT BAWUMIA.
The hardworking Vice President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as part of his unceasing effort to rebrand, expand and promote Technical and Vocational Education and Training distributed vehicles to selected TVET institutions in the country.
Graciously, Gomoa Adaa NVTI benefited from this precious gesture of donation.
The TVET move is to equip the youth with job-ready skills through massive investments in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) in order to eradicate the perennial issue of unemployment.
Speaking at the commissioning and handing over ceremony at the TVET headquarters in Accra, the able Veep said, the move is the biggest investment in TVET in the history of the country. Additionally, he said that the facilities and the vehicles have come as a huge relief to all stakeholders in TVET. The facilities and the vehicles amounting to over $131m to further boost Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) has been timely organised to ensure the total overhauling of the TVET Sector.
Honestly, these could not have been possible without the active involvement of the assiduous and lobbyist District Chief Executive for Gomoa West, Hon. Bismark Baisie Nkum. The versatile DCE also disclosed at the occasion that, the Government and the Assembly will soon commission some important projects in the school.
