Crypto lender Hodlnaut may exit bankruptcy as OPNX exchange offers to take over 75% of the company with a $30 million capital injection in FLEX tokens. If approved, creditors would receive 30% of their claims in FLEX and other tokens, or a pro-rata payment of up to 95% of the available corporate asset pool. However, the majority of Hodlnaut's creditors previously expressed a desire to liquidate the company. Hodlnaut halted withdrawals in August 2022 due to a liquidity crisis and has since been under judicial management in Singapore.
