1000-LB Sisters: Why Amy’s Pregnancy Cravings Are Worrisome
Amy Slaton of 1000-LB Sisters is ready to pop and has recently been sharing some fun pregnancy updates with her followers. The Kentucky native is already a mother to her son, Gage, and is looking forward to welcoming his sibling. Fans have loved being able to follow her journey and are looking forward to meeting the newest Slaton soon.
TLC viewers have watched Amy be consistent with her weight loss journey to help qualify for weight loss surgery. Amy was not only dedicated to her fitness goals, but she was desperate to start a family, meaning she had to embrace her healthier lifestyle in order to achieve her dream. Amy has been a rock for the entire Slaton clan and often is the voice of reason when it came to dealing with her sister, Tammy Slaton. Now, Amy is finally putting herself first as she gets ready to deliver her new child into the world.
Amy only has 13 more weeks to go in her pregnancy before she gets to meet her baby boy. The 1000-LB Sisters star has been keeping followers updated with numerous pregnancy posts as of late. Recently, Amy shared an update on what she has been craving, thanks to the growing child in her belly. Amy revealed to followers that her baby was the size of a corn on the cob and that she had an “uncontrollable” craving for tomatoes. Sadly, there was a catch as the fruit has been giving her extreme heartburn. Check out Amy’s post below:
Amy’s fans couldn’t help but show concern for the TLC star as they offered out some advice. One noted that Amy should try to eat a Tums before every tomato, with another adding, “Try yellow tomatoes. They’re not as acidic.” While it seems that Amy, who may have conned TLC, has quite the protective and positive following, she recently clapped back at haters who accused her of letting her son Gage play with a toilet brush. The toy in question ended up being a marshmallow on a stick from a campfire toy, but the mean-spirited comments really wound Amy up.
As Amy gets ready for her new bundle of joy, 1000-LB Sisters fans are waiting on the announcement for season 4. Tammy has dropped a few hints sharing that the new season will take a longer time to film. This could be due to TLC waiting to catch the birth of Amy’s second son as footage. Fans will have to wait and keep checking Amy’s social media for any updates on the newest edition and the season.
