I’m Michelle, the creator and host of 5 Minute Meditations, a podcast designed and dedicated to listener requests. Whether you are new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this podcast is for you! Each meditation is specifically written & recorded for each of your requests. Please make sure to be patient once you submit a request, meditations are released in the order received and are released on Mondays & Fridays.
