🦇📖 It being a special day, I worked on a special project, and completed the sketch map of the city of Kirkston circa 1975. I just need to go back to my file of notes, and probably scroll through the stories, to make sure everything matches before committing it to ink on a couple of sheets of graph-paper and then tracing it up to a couple of sheets of foolscap. When one creates an entire city and refers to specific locations, buildings, and intersections, one had better be sure they all match up. I may have to create several versions in different sizes and amount of detail; I'm not sure if it will be practical in include a map with the digital version of the books, but having several from which to choose will make it more likely. I can always put the complete map on the CLub page and offer it as a premium.

Here's a little behind-the-scenes peek at "The Emperor's Secret Files". You probably have book 38, GODDESS OF MYSTERY, with the cover showing Nemesis in front of the Drummond Museum. But the cover I originally submitted, which was a slight re-drawing of the cover for the issue of "Amazing Adventures" that featured the story "The Curse of Kukulcan", was declined, on the reasonable grounds that people unfamiliar with the series, seeing a Meso-American image and a Scottish surname, might think there was inappropriate cultural misappropriation going on. Better the "generic" image for the masses. But I thought you CLubkateers might enjoy seeing the withdrawn art.
