Now I’m not going to lie…

I use Uber A LOT here in NYC. 🚗🌆

Ever since Hudson Yards a few years ago became the affluent neighborhood it is today….

Businesses and apartment buildings fought over calling themselves a Hudson Yards establishment so they can increase their prices for being located in the neighborhood. 🙄

Because of this the boundaries of the neighborhood have become so blurred. 😫

And most people don’t know where the neighborhood starts and ends.

I’m going to break down the boundaries and solve this mystery once and for all in this video. 🕵️‍♀️

Then you are learning the new subway lines and stops all over again. 🙄

It’s an endless cycle.

Picking the right NYC neighborhood is a VERY tough decision. 😓

Trust me…

I have done it myself many times. 😬

And sometimes the neighborhood that you think you are going to love doesn’t end up becoming the neighborhood that you love. 🫢

This is why I believe in doing a TON of research beforehand. 🖥️

AND spending time in the neighborhood during all times of the day if you can. (I know that isn’t always possible for everyone.) 🚶‍♀️

I have moved to a neighborhood before that I thought I was going to love but then….

Didn’t. 😶

And it was because I just went along with what everyone said instead of paying attention to what was actually important to me.

I don’t want any of you to make that mistake as well.
