Tremendous loss from the acting world. The film here below (Don't Look Now by Nicolas Roeg) is my favorite personally, but he was so great in so many films. Six Degrees of Separation comes to mind. Invasion of the Body Snatchers (70s version). MASH of course.

You will be missed Donald Sutherland.

Anyone out there got some crappy allergies and been considering immunotherapy of some sort? Well, I did the shots (two each visit) for over a year and then my doctor retired and closed his office. They were administering drops to some folks in place of shots, but it wasn't a tried and true deal when I first started going there.

Now it is.

I've started Curex's service. I meet with an immunologist via video call every three months (same when I was getting the shots) to see how it's going. Every day I put three drops under my tongue in the morning and you keep it in there for a minute or two. It doesn't taste great, but it's better than a shot I guess. That's it.

This Spring has been a zinger for allergies. I usually get hit hard in the Fall (ragweed) and so we'll see how that goes. Hopefully well.

Anyway, I just pay for this stuff up front and get reimbursed by our health insurance. They do recognize insurance up from and price accordingly, so you'll wanna bring that to the table. If you're interested, there's a link here below.

Well, here's something I know I passed on to my boy. It's something I'm awful proud of too. Learned it from my mom and my grandpa too. Making friends. All kinds, all types, wherever I go. Chris is a champ at it and it'll help you here and there in a pinch. Congratulations son! As Lou Reed once said, it's "the beginning of a great adventure." Go out there and get it. Enjoy it.
