Last night the Planning Board unanimously approved this plan to move forward.

I want to applaud the efforts of a handful of residents that were so passionate about this project that they hired their own attorney to file their concerns around the cell tower, mature trees and drainage.

Overall, this project speaks to Nashua's Master Plan that has housing as its main priority. The developer has created a plan that respects the 26+ acres near Salmon Brook.

During the meeting, the developer has offered to do a site walk once they get closer to "breaking ground". I'm going to reach out to him and follow-up and see that it happens.

There was no mention of timelines, but I will find out and get it to you.
