Hi Wonderful Leaders ✨

Below is the replay of my talk with Wendy Conrad @ Your Happy Workplace

Wendy and I had a healthy! disagreement & provided our takes on the following questions:

+ Should leaders prohibit their teams from talking politics in the workplace?

+ How can leaders handle situations when members of their team talk politics in the workplace in unproductive/unhealthy ways?

+ Especially in industries that are more impacted by the election of one candidate vs. another, is it acceptable for employers to promote certain candidates openly and try to influence their employees' voting behavior?

+ How can employers talk openly about politics without pressuring their employees/inadvertently creating a culture of fear?
