Any Polish girl scouts out there?

The harrowing new book about the Mury scout troop from Ravensbrück (written by Anna Kwiatkowska-Bieda) is available to read in Polish! 🇵🇱

We hope it'll be available to read in english some day, in the meantime we better get to learning some Polish 🤓

The second photo is of one of the women who started the troop in Ravenbrück, Józefa Kantor. She was a junior scoutmaster before the war, but once she met Zofia Janczy and Maria Rydarowska in November 1941 in Block XV, she took on a bigger role. Together, the women created the scout troop as a way to oppose all the evil in the camp and protect them from the loss of their humanity.
