At the end of the day, people want to buy from those they can RELATE to, TRUST and LIKE.

The 1950's mindset that customer will buy our products and services because we are cool (we think we are cool) and the best (we think we are the best) no longer works.

How are you providing VALUE?

Are you PERSONABLE?

Do you UNDERSTAND my problems?

And if you do, do you have the product or service to HELP me the solve that problem?

In 2023, being a REAL PERSON and not a FACELESS business is KEY.
