We often ask, "Why do bad things happen to good people?" But a better question would be "What happens to good people when bad things happen to them?"

Here are some of the answers:

They grow spiritually.

They bounce back stronger than they were before.

They get better, not bitter.

They don't complain about what they have lost; they thank God for everything they still have.

They continue obeying God.

They continue being a blessing to others, even though they are hurting.

They experience God's comfort.
