May 5, 2014: Power to the People concludes at 8:30PM with the help of WHRW's station members. The show ran for 6 seasons and 52 episodes.

I can't thank you enough for making my radio show, and my entire time at Binghamton University, unforgettable. Power to the People has always strove to put the listener's opinions first. Without your constant participation, such would not be possible. I know that this show has made an impact on so many people's lives, including those who I have never met before. The beauty of this show is that it could unite anyone and everyone into a ninety-minute broadcast. I hope that, going forward, people remember what we did here and, in another four years, revive the idea to cater to a new generation of both college students and listeners around the world.

December 2013: After returning home from my Fall semester of Senior year, I begin preparing for my job search as well as the GRE. I also outline the final season of Power to the People, especially the final show.

December 2013: Nelson Mandela passes away at the age of 95. His triumph over racial inequality during the apartheid gave meaning to the phrase "Power to the People."

July 2012: I continue my internships with both The FADER and 106.1 BLI. After interviewing numerous industry professionals, I gain a desire to work in the entertainment industry. I am now a double major in English and Philosophy, Politics, and Law.

July 2012: Michael Phelps and the entire US Olympic Team compete and succeed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.

May 2011: I end my apprenticeship with Mike on the Mic at WHRW 90.5 FM Binghamton. I am set to begin my first radio show starting in the fall.

May 2011: President Barack Obama announces to the world that terrorist Osama Bin Laden has been killed on May 2. A late-night rally is held on Binghamton University's campus. Myself and a collection of WHRW DJs remain on air for 10 hours discussing the news shortly after it broke.

August 2010: I move into Seneca room 4T to begin my college career at Binghamton University. I enroll with a desire to major in Economics, and go to graduate school to pursue an M.B.A.

August 2010: 33 Chilean miners are trapped 2,300 feet underground in the San Jose Mines. To the relief of their families, the miners are able to send a message to the surface on August 22 letting everyone know they are doing well.

Power to the People will return to regularly scheduled programming starting next Monday, April 28!

It will be a very exciting episode as I have the honor of interviewing Binghamton alum Michael Fiur, President and Executive Producer of Fiur Productions! This dynamic event production agency has developed some of the greatest live and televised spectacles including The Super Bowl, The U.S. Open, performances at Radio City Music Hall, and many more.

The interview will begin at 7PM. Tune in!
