Impossible cake without oven!!! 🤤🤤
Ingredients:
180 gr Sugar
11 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of milk
1 Box of chocolate bread
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
3 teaspoons vanilla essence
100 g cream cheese
Steps:
1-In a frying pan heated over medium heat, place the sugar and do not move until a caramel is formed.
2-Carefully place the caramel in a greased baking dish and allow to cool.
3- In a bowl, place 3 eggs, the oil, the milk and the mixture from the chocolate bread box.
4-Mix until well blended and set aside.
5-In a blender place the condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, remaining eggs, cream cheese and blend well until everything is well blended.
6-In the baking pan with the cooled caramel, add the chocolate cake mixture, lightly tap the pan so that it sits well and add the custard mixture.
7-Lid your mould with aluminium foil, prepare a pan with hot water (enough to cover half of the mould) and place the mould in it. Cook over medium-low heat for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
8-Let the cake cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, unmould and decorate as desired.

STRAWBERRY PIE

Crispy Base, Creamy Filling with Moça Milk and Strawberries

INGREDIENTS

BASIS:
2 tea cups wheat flour
1 tea cup of sugar
120 grams of chilled butter
1 egg

FILLING:
500 ml of milk
3 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch
1 1/2 condensed milk
3 sifted yolks

SHINE JELLY
200 ml of water
1 tablespoon of corn starch
2 tablespoons of sugar

GARNISH:
strawberries
crushed peanuts

METHOD OF PREPARATION

BASIS:
In a bowl add the wheat flour, sugar, cold butter and mix well with your hands.
Mix until it becomes a farofa, add the egg and mix again.
Take a 20 cm diameter mold (removable or normal bottom), press the dough in the center and sides of the mold. Then make holes with a fork and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
Reserve!

FILLING:
In a pan put the milk, corn starch and mix well.
Add condensed milk and sifted egg yolks.
Turn on the low fire and keep mixing, as soon as it thickens, count 4 minutes and turn off the fire. Wait for it to cool down.

SHINE JELLY:
In a pan put the water, cornstarch and sugar.
Stir over low heat until thickened and wait to cool down.

ASSEMBLY:
With the base of the pie already baked, put the cream. Cut strawberries in half and place them together.
Brush the glitter jelly on top, put the crushed peanuts on the side of the pie, wait to freeze a little and enjoy!

For the dough you will need
4 eggs
1 tablespoon of baking powder.
1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon.
4 tablespoons of coconut sugar (you can use another sweetener of your choice).
3 tablespoons of butter (I used ghee)
8 tablespoons oat bran (if you can't find it, you can grind regular oatmeal in a blender)
4 bananas (the riper the better)

Beat the eggs, sugar and butter in a mixer, then add the oat bran, cinnamon and beat again until you get a homogeneous mixture. With a fork knead the 4 bananas and mix together with what you beat in the blender. Finally add the baking soda and stir lightly. Place in a glass baking dish and microwave at maximum power for 7 to 8 minutes.

For the white brigadeiro you will need:
2 cans of lactose-free milk cream.
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of butter (I used ghee).
2 tablespoons xylitol or other sweetener of your choice.
6 tablespoons skim milk powder.
In a pan mix all ingredients and stir over low heat until you see it comes off the bottom of the pan.
Divide the cake into layers and fill generously layer by layer, finishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.

Strawberry BOMBOM cake

For the cake:

3 large eggs
1/2 cup demerara or xylitol sugar
1 cup whole or vegetable milk
1 cup oat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 tablespoon baking powder

How to prepare:

Beat the eggs with the sugar in a mixer or with a whisk (stick blender) for 3 minutes, add the butter and milk and mix slowly, finally add the dry ingredients (leaving the yeast for last) stirring gently so that it is not lost. The aeration, put the yeast and stir again. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, pour this batter into a 20 cm mold buttered with butter and cocoa powder, bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

For the filling:

2 recipes of condensed milk
1 box of cream
2 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons of powdered milk
1 tray of large strawberries.

How to prepare:

Over low heat stir the fake+butter+cream powder+milk powder+milk for about 10 minutes, wait for it to cool, cut the strawberries in half and mix with this filling, set aside.

With the cake already cooled, cut off the top and remove the excess dough in the middle, add the filling and place the top again. For the ganache: Melt 150 grams of chocolate in the microwave and mix with 50 ml of cream, pass through the cake and enjoy!

Ingredients:
3 cups wheat flour
2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup milk
5 eggs
4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon whiskey
½ teaspoon salt
Preparation:
1. Cream the butter and sugar together very well, then add the egg yolks, whiskey and vanilla until well blended.
2. Gradually incorporate the sifted wheat flour together with the royal powder and salt, alternating with the milk.
3. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the previous mixture.
4. Put butter and flour in a mold, add the mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
5. Unmold the cake while it is still warm.

Ingredients:
350 g of fresh
1 can condensed milk
1 spoonful of glas sugar
1/2 cup (coffee) of water
1 squeezed lemon
How to:
Put the strawberries, the sugar, the water bowl and the lemon juice in the blender. Beat until it is a homogeneous yoke. Put these jugo in molds (keep a little reserved) and take it to the freezer for an hour.
After that time, remove the pod from the capsule, fill with condensed milk and finish with the rest of the jug. Return to the freezer for another 24 hours.
2. HEATED GELATIN PALETTES
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of gelatin of your favorite flavor
1 liter of water
Chopped fruit to decorate

Preparation
1. Take half a liter of water and disuelve the content of the gelatin envelope, move constantly
2. Add the remaining half liter of water and stir until there are no lumps left
3. Turn the contents into the molds and add some pieces of fruit
4. Constantly refrigerate and check so that when it is boiling, put the palette sticks and they stay in the center
5. While they are firm, demold and serve as a snack snack
Note: Can be refrigerated or frozen (optional)
To remove from the mold, immerse for a few seconds in lukewarm water. (if the palette is frozen and you use disposable vases, you can pierce the bottom part with a knife, move the palette circularly, pushing it towards the top, until you can unmold it)
Tip: You can color the palettes with different flavors of gelatin, you just have to wait for the first layer to melt and then pour another color into the mould. Repeat to form more layers.

IMPOSSIBLE CAKE 😋
Ingredients
For the caramel:
1/2 cup of white sugar
1/4 cup of water
For the cheese or flan:
4 eggs
1 can or 350 grs. of condensed milk
395 gr of evaporated milk (the same amount of the can)
1 spoon of vanilla
For the moist chocolate cake:
4 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup of wheat flour
1 cup cocoa or chocolate powder
1 and 1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
140 grams or 10 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 pinch of salt
Preparation
For the caramel:
1. We take a 20 cm round mold where we will bake the impossible cake, place the sugar with the water over low heat and leave for about 5 minutes until the sugar dissolves.
2. After this, we let cook until it acquires a golden tone and let it cool.
For the cheese or flan:
1. In a bowl, place the eggs, the condensed and evaporated milk, and the vanilla. We mix all the ingredients well until the eggs are evenly integrated and reserve.
For the moist chocolate cake:
1. In a bowl we place the wheat flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, a pinch of salt and reserve.
2. In another bowl, place the sugar with the butter and beat with the help of a mixer at medium high speed for approximately 5 minutes or until the butter changes its color to a whitish one.
3. Add the eggs one by one while beating at medium speed, add the vanilla and beat for 1 more minute.
4. Then, with the help of a wooden palette or a miserable one, we are going to incorporate the dry ingredients in two parts in an enveloping way, adding the milk in each part, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture without lumps.
For the assembly:
1. Place the flan or cheese mixture in the mold containing the already crystallized caramel and then add the chocolate cake mixture.
2. We take the mold to an oven in a bain-marie at 180º for 35 minutes or when inserting a wooden stick it comes out dry.
Additional tips:
At the time of unmolding it is necessary that the cake is warm, we must not let it cool because the caramel will stick to us and it will be almost impossible to unmold it.

GRANDMA'S HOMEMADE SPONGE CAKE 😋
Ingredients:
3 large or 4 medium eggs
1 lemon yoghurt
Sugar (2 measures of yoghurt)
Flour (3 measures of yoghurt)
Sunflower oil or olive oil (1 scoop of yoghurt)
1 sachet of baking powder (16 g baking powder)
Zest of one lemon
Butter and flour (to grease the baking tin)
Icing sugar for decorating (optional)
Preparation:
Heat the oven to 150º.
Beat the eggs and add the sugar, yoghurt, sunflower oil and lemon zest (without the white part, as it would be bitter). Mix the flour with the yeast, add to the previous mixture and beat well.
Grease a baking tin with butter, sprinkle with flour and shake off the excess. Pour the mixture into the mould. If we want the yeast to have more effect, let the dough rest for 15 minutes before putting it in the oven. Bake in the oven. It will be ready when a toothpick comes out clean (I don't give time because each oven is different).
Take it out of the oven and leave to cool. Remove from the mould by running a knife around the edges of the mould. You can decorate with icing sugar.

- Ingredients:
1 tin of boiled condensed milk (or dulce de leche)
2 trays (600g) cleaned and chopped strawberries
1 can of cream
500g melted semi-sweet chocolate
Chopped walnuts for decoration

- How to prepare:
1. Place the strawberries in a medium-sized baking dish and set aside.
2. In a bowl, place the boiled condensed milk and cream and mix until smooth.
3. Add the melted chocolate and mix.
4. Sprinkle over the strawberries, covering everything.
5. Sprinkle with nuts and refrigerate for 3 hours.

A great side anytime of year!
1 box of pistachio pudding
20 oz can undrained pineapple
2 cups of mini marshmallows
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 container of thawed coolwhip
(8 oz)
Start by mixing together the dry pudding mix, crushed pineapple, mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans. Next, fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined. Chill until serving time.
This recipe can easily be doubled for a large family dinner. You can serve this as a dessert component but I place it on the table with the main dishes. It is always a hit.
You can serve this in a large bowl or if using it for dessert individual servings in clear glass mugs or clear cappuccino cups decorated with a maraschino cherry makes a nice presentation.
PS Fun Fact: This dessert is sometimes referred to as “Watergate Salad” because Jello came out with the pistachio pudding flavor that same year (1976)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
vegetable sanitizer to taste
1 cup plain yogurt
1 piece of orange
1 piece of banana

In a bowl place the strawberries with water and a few drops of disinfectant. Drain, remove the stalk and slice them.

- Ingredients:
3 cups of all-purpose flour (approx.)
1/2 cup (tea) sugar
3/4 cup (tea) butter
2 eggs
5 tablespoons cold water (approximately)
1 cup diced guava paste
Powdered sugar for sprinkling

- How to make:
In a bowl, mix flour, butter and sugar until crumbs form. Add the eggs and mix. Add the water little by little until a smooth and homogeneous dough is formed. If necessary, add more water. Wrap in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and, using a cookie cutter, cut 5 cm circles. Place a guava cube in the center of each circle and join the ends over it, giving a slight pinch. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Baked Salmon in Foil with Asparagus & Garlic Lemon Butter Sauce
Ingredients :
°4 salmon fillets
°1 lb fresh asparagus
°2 and a half tablespoons of olive oil
°2 minced garlic cloves
°Salt and pepper from the mill
°1 lemon sliced
°Fresh herbs (Rosemary, Thyme, Parsley)
Preparation :
Preheat oven 400°F (200°C). Prepare foil for 4 papillotes. Separate the asparagus into equal portions, and put them in the center of each of the papillotes. In bowl, combine olive oil & garlic. Pour a teaspoon of the oil/garlic mixture over the asparagus. Salt and pepper. Rinse the salmon fillets well and drain. Place the salmon fillets on top of the asparagus. Salt and pepper the fish. Drizzle a teaspoon of the oil/garlic mixture over the salmon. Brush well. Salt and pepper. Put two slices of lemon and herbs on the salmon. Close the papillotes. Bake for 25 to 30 min.

Wonderful Bisnaguinha Dream ❤

- Ingredients:
1 package of bisnaguinha

- Confectioner's Cream Recipe
1/2 can condensed milk
400ml milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 egg yolks through a sieve to avoid the smell of eggs (don't rub the spoon on the sieve, just pierce the yolk and beat it to make it drip) if you don't want to use egg yolks you can, but it won't turn yellow
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

- How to make it:
Mix the cornstarch with a little bit of milk to dissolve it well. Mix it all and stir well before taking it to the fire so it doesn't clump. Take it to the fire, stirring constantly until it thickens. Turn off the heat and wait for it to cool. You can use dulce de leche or chocolate cream as filling too.

Fry the breadsticks one by one in oil that is not too hot so they don't brown too much. Cut them with a knife and fill them with the cream and sprinkle icing sugar on top. That's it!

This cream recipe was enough for 1 whole package of bisnaguinha. And your biscuit dream is ready

Strawberry mousse cake filling

INGREDIENTS

1 can of condensed milk (395g)
1 can of cream (200g)
1 box of strawberry flavored gelatin
2 tablespoons unflavored powdered gelatin
½ cup of water (cottage cheese)
1 cup (cottage cheese) whipped cream (measure before whipping)
1 cup of chopped strawberry (cottage cheese)

PREPARATION MODE

Put the condensed milk, cream and strawberry in the blender. Hit well.
In a saucepan, put the strawberry-flavored gelatin, the unflavored powdered gelatin and the water. Shake well.
Bring to the heat until it boils, add to the blender along with the strawberry mixture and beat.
Let it cool and add the whipped cream.
Fill the cake and take it to freeze until it is firm.

7 chicken thighs
500 ml of milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 bay leaves
6 pepper (whole)
to flour
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper (powdered)
1/2 tsp oregano (powdered)
125 g of wheat flour (1 cup)
60 g cornstarch (1/2 cup)
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper (powdered)
1 tsp oregano (powdered)
1 tsp garlic (powder)
1 tsp red bell pepper (powdered)
1 tsp onion (powdered)
Breadcrumbs (as needed)
Oil (what is necessary)
Preparation:
1. Place the chicken thighs in a pan, add the milk and season with salt, black pepper powder, oregano powder, garlic powder, 2 bay leaves and 6 whole peppers.
2. Bring to medium heat, cover and let cook for 10 minutes, after the minutes remove the lid and turn to cook again on that side for another 10 minutes. Then withdraw and reserve.
3. In a container add the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper powder and oregano powder, mix well then set aside.
4. In a bowl, place the flour and cornstarch, then season with salt, black pepper powder, oregano powder, garlic powder, red paprika powder and onion powder, mix well.
5. Pass the thighs first through the flour, then through the beaten egg.
6. To finish with the breadcrumbs.
7. In a pan with enough oil over medium heat, fry until cooked on one side, then turn to cook on that side.
8. Once well cooked, remove on absorbent paper and let cool.
9. Serve and enjoy.

BOILED EGG FRITTERS

Ingredients:
1kg of potatoes
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
4 hard-boiled eggs
3 eggs
Bread crumbs
oil for frying
Preparation:
1. First add the potatoes to the water and boil for 30 minutes or until soft.
2. Transfer the potatoes to the bowl and mash them. Season with salt and pepper and add the chopped parsley. Mix everything well.
3. Cut the hard-boiled eggs into quarters to prepare them.
4. Shape the mixture into balls and flatten them with one hand. Add a piece of egg and close the fritters.

PIZZA DOUGH

Ingredients:
500g of flour
10g baker's yeast
250ml of lukewarm water
3 tbsp of virgin olive oil
1cc of Salt flakes
Preparation:
1.Dissolve the yeast with a little warm water.
2.In a bowl, mix the flour and salt; make a hole in the center and put the yeast and virgin olive oil.
3.With a wooden spoon, mix and add the rest of the water until a soft dough is formed.
4.Knead for about 5 minutes on the table, using more flour to make it easier to knead.
5.Put the dough in a bowl covered with kitchen film and let it rest for an hour.
6.Cut the dough into four balls and leave to rise for another hour covered with a damp cloth. Remember that if you have leftover dough, you can freeze it without problems.
7.Flour your work surface and roll out each piece of dough with a rolling pin, giving it a round or rectangular shape.
8.Once the dough is stretched, the usual thing is to cover it with a layer of tomato, much better if it is homemade, add the ingredients of our choice (grated mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, anchovies, black olives...) and bake.
9.As for the cooking time, according to some pizza experts, 18 minutes is ideal for the pizza to be made, from when the oven is preheated until it is finished cooking (for this last point you only need between five and eight minutes). The key is that it looks golden brown, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

LASAGNA BOLOGNESE

Ingredients

1 tablespoon of oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons onion, minced
750 grams of ground beef
1 cup carrot, cooked and cut into small cubes
1 envelope of Knorr® tomato cream
1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland chicken broth
1/2 teaspoons basil, dried
1/2 teaspoons oregano
2 tablespoons of oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1/4 cups onion, chopped
2 dried chiles de arbol
2 1/2 cups of water
1/4 cups basil leaf
8 pasta for lasagna
1/2 cups manchego cheese, grated

Preparation

1.For the Bolognese, heat the oil and fry the garlic, onion and meat until golden brown. Add the carrot and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Tomato Cream, 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth, basil and oregano. Let cook over medium heat until the meat is well cooked.
2.For the sauce, heat the oil and fry the garlic, onion and chile de árbol until golden brown.
3.Pour in the water, and immediately the rest of Knorr® Tomato Cream, mix until the lumps are broken and let it come to a boil. Stir constantly and add the basil leaves. Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
4.Place a little sauce at the bottom of a refractory, accommodate a layer of lasagna, a layer of ground meat and a little of the tomato sauce. Repeat the procedure until you finish with the ingredients.
5.Finish with a layer of lasagna, cover with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Cover and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes or until the pasta is well cooked.

LEMON CHICKEN BREASTS

Ingredients
1 whole chicken breast
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper to taste
50g of flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 ml of white wine
2 garlic cloves
2 or 3 sprigs of thyme
250 ml of chicken broth
2 lemons
Preparation:
1. Cut the breast in two and clean it of fat

GARLIC BREAD WITH CHEESE

INGREDIENTS
1 loaf of bread
Mozzarella cheese
Gouda cheese
100 gr. Butter
2 garlic cloves
Salt
Fresh parsley
PREPARATION
1.Place in a glass bowl (or any other material suitable for microwaves) 100gr. butter and heat until melted, add two minced garlic cloves, a pinch of salt and chopped fresh parsley.
2.Cut a large loaf of bread (preferably sourdough) into 2cm squares. wide, without actually cutting the bottom. This step is very important since we must be careful not to cut too much. So it is advisable to use a fairly sharp serrated knife.
3.Use a spoon or knife to spread the garlic butter between the cracks in the cut, lightly sprinkling the top crust.
4.Introduce grated mozzarella (or another grated cheese of your choice) and Gouda cheese between the cracks of the cuts.
5. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and bake it for about 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted. Carefully remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes to brown and crisp the bread.
6.This appetizer is important to serve right out of the oven. It can be placed in the center of the table, and everyone picks up little pieces of bread while the cheese is still hot.

BEEF STEW

Ingredients:
700g onion
100g of bacon
Oil
vegetable
1kg of beef (cubes)
Salt
Pepper
Rosemary
Thyme
Cumin
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2/3 tablespoon hot paprika
2 tablespoons tomato paste
300ml of red wine
300ml of water
3 sheets
of laurel
Preparation:
1. Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Also, cut the bacon into small strips.
2. Pour the oil into the pot and add the bacon. Fry until the bacon begins to brown, then remove.
3. Add the beef cubes and fry them for a few minutes. Remove from the pot.
4. Add the prepared onion and fry until soft. Add meat and add salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme, cumin, paprika, hot paprika and tomato paste and mix.
5. Pour in the red wine and water and mix well together. At the end add the bay leaves and mix.

Baked tangerine chicken

Ingredients:

Chicken pieces, 300ml of mandarin juice, onion, a tablespoon of dehydrated garlic powder, a tablespoon of oregano, a teaspoon of sweet paprika, ground black pepper, chicken broth or pastilla de avecrem, olive oil, salt.

Elaboration :

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, in a bowl mix the finely chopped onion, the tangerine juice, oregano, sweet paprika, the garlic powder and pour over the chicken pieces and marinate the best overnight and cover with film.

In a baking dish previously preheated to 190 degrees, brush the bottom with olive oil and put the drained chicken pieces and put it in the oven.

In a saucepan, pour the juices that we had from the marinade and add half a glass of chicken broth and cook until the mixture is reduced by half, then pour over the chicken and cook for about an hour, brushing the chicken from time to time.

Finally put the grill position and brown to taste. Accompany with white rice or French fries and a good salad.
