Impossible cake without oven!!! 🤤🤤
Ingredients:
180 gr Sugar
11 eggs
1/2 cup oil
1 cup of milk
1 Box of chocolate bread
1 can evaporated milk
1 can condensed milk
3 teaspoons vanilla essence
100 g cream cheese
Steps:
1-In a frying pan heated over medium heat, place the sugar and do not move until a caramel is formed.
2-Carefully place the caramel in a greased baking dish and allow to cool.
3- In a bowl, place 3 eggs, the oil, the milk and the mixture from the chocolate bread box.
4-Mix until well blended and set aside.
5-In a blender place the condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla essence, remaining eggs, cream cheese and blend well until everything is well blended.
6-In the baking pan with the cooled caramel, add the chocolate cake mixture, lightly tap the pan so that it sits well and add the custard mixture.
7-Lid your mould with aluminium foil, prepare a pan with hot water (enough to cover half of the mould) and place the mould in it. Cook over medium-low heat for approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.
8-Let the cake cool for an hour, then refrigerate for at least 3 hours, unmould and decorate as desired.
