So this girl just left my house. Last day I will see her before she’s off to college. I pray the Lord will use her, grow her, teach her, many new things in life! Can’t wait to see the woman she becomes. Oh my dear sweet Natalie, you will always be, my baby girl. I love you more than words could express.

Been awake since 3:15am. Laundry mat at 6. Short brisk walk at 6:30.

Sitting outside in the backyard, by the river. Listening to the sound of the crickets and the beginning of night life coming out. Watching a deer across the river, fish jumping in the river.
Realizing a little more this evening, how blessed I am to live in a free country. Knowing my God is with me and has tremendously blessed me with a beautiful countryside I get to live in.  tonight I just want to proclaim my PRAISE to Jesus Christ for the gift of eternal life and all the wonderful things he has blessed me with. Even in times of suffering and despair my God is with me! He promises never to leave me nor forsake me. Praise and glory to the God of heaven, Jesus Christ my Lord, and the Holy Spirit who dwells within me!

Well l was holding back posting this but l started back on WW in January started eating healthier and exercising with having diabetes and other health issues feeling tired all the time l wanted to enjoy life again then a few months later a couple friends on WW also was talking about Thrive l gave it a try really loved it full of Vitamins and energy helps with weight loss also Yesterday was a big Victory day as l hit Onderland I am officially out of the 200 mark I lost 60lbs I still have a lot more to lose but l am half way there . Thank u for my husband always supporting me our WW groups most all for God helping me …
