Reflection takes time, but the results it gives to your self-improvement is miraculous.
Practices that will help you reflect deeply:
1- Asking some important questions - what are the experiences I want to have, how do I want to grow, how do I want to contribute, what are my core beliefs, what are my coping mechanisms.
2- Morning pages - writing anything and everything you feel however stupid it is, writing without any judgement
3- Gratitude practice - Naming 3 things that you are thankful for everyday.
4- Self talk towards 3 things you forgive yourself for 3 things you are proud of 3 things you are committing to yourself
5- Take a mind break with guided meditations.
