Algo que siempre recomiendo en mis consultas de estrategia es definir a tu cliente ideal para que sepas a quién le estás hablando.

Esto te va a ayudar a moldear exactamente el tipo de contenido que debes de crear para atraer a esa audiencia/cliente ideal.

Cuando comenzamos nuestros negocios, muchas veces no hemos definido nuestro cliente ideal aún. Esto puede ser un pequeño problema porque nuestro contenido no le está hablando a nadie en específico. En otras palabras, si le hablamos a todxs, le hablamos a nadie...

Tenemos que tener una Harmonía entre lo que nos gusta y lo que le gusta a nuestro cliente ideal.

Es por eso que estos 3 pasos son mega importantes para posicionar nuestras marcas y incrementar esas ventas🙌🏽

Un checklist diario para asegurarte de que estás al día con tu social media game✨

Aunque en veces puede ser abrumador, es importante tener sistemas que nos ayuden a mantener consistencia.

Mantener un checklist diario, semanal y mensual es una de mis formas favoritas de asegurarme que hice todo lo que tengo que hacer cuando planifico mi contenido.

HÁBITOS DIARIOS PARA MANTENERTE BALANCEADX Y ESTABLE:

1. Práctica ejercicios de respiración profunda:
Puede que veas esta como una opción obvia. Pero, te sorprenderías de cuánto puede ayudar a equilibrar nuestro sistema nervioso. Los estudios han demostrado que ayuda a aliviar los síntomas de los trastornos relacionados con el estrés. Puede ayudarnos a calmarnos al permitirnos reducir la velocidad.

2. Manten tu consumo de los medios saludable:
Con tanta pesadez y negatividad en los medios de comunicación, es importante elegir cómo nos mantenemos informados. Si te gusta ver las noticias, puedes intentar verlas en compañía para que puedan procesar y discutir lo que están viendo juntxs. Trata de evitar ver películas o programas de terror que generen reacciones emocionales. También puedes limitar tus aplicaciones de fuentes de noticias o redes sociales.

3. Crea sistemas para organizar y planificar tus días:
Es muy importante contar con sistemas que nos mantengan al día. Dado que hay infinitas posibilidades de cómo se puede desarrollar cada día, esto puede volverse demasiado abrumador, lo que puede llevarnos a posponer las cosas y a procrastinar. Organízate y planifica tus días usando aplicaciones como:

4. Limpia y re organiza tu espacio:
Limpiar tu espacio puede parecer una tarea abrumadora, pero los beneficios son muy gratificantes. Limpiar tu espacio de trabajo puede aumentar tu productividad y puede afectar drásticamente tu eficiencia y bienestar general.

5. Canaliza y re dirige tu energía:
Es importante recordarnos a nosotrxs mismxs que tenemos el control de nuestros pensamientos y emociones. Siempre que te encuentres pensando en cosas que no te sirven, trata de invertir esa energía en cosas que te ayuden a nutrirte. De esta forma puedes acostumbrar o re ajustar tu cerebro.

ejemplo: si te encuentras preocupándote demasiado,
intenta meditar, orar o encuentra una actividad
que ocupe tu mente.

6. Escucha música sanadora:
Algunos estudios han demostrado que escuchar música se puede utilizar como terapia. Escucha música que te relaje y concentrate en cada nota sin ninguna distracción.
