🙌 This month is dedicated to teaching!

Teaching is a continuous exchange of past experiences and learnings, future expectations and goals, with a humble presence of giving and receiving.

This month I started slow and full of possibilities to practice exactly this. With last minute changes, unexpected starts and some empty rooms, I’m learning with each class how to strengthen, and continuously improve myself taking the teacher’s seat.

People often mistake the goal to go to the gym and find small repetitive movement boring, because they are fixed on (very) long term goals. Instead of focusing on the journey to get there, through small steps, and the small discoveries that lead to chances of true personal growth.

In this light conversation I am joined by Anna and Derk who share personal and professional stories and observations on the way we move, and how we can move better.
