Love is absolutely critical for everything in life especially relationships. 💙
It’s the foundation for everything we do.

When we truly love without conditions we:
• give respect and support
• are trustworthy
• have clear boundaries
• are there for others when it matters most
• we take the space needed in life and feel acceptance
• choose to be with people who show their love in a way that we understand completely and never doubt it.

I’ve been following for awhile now and she is one of my most profound teachers.
Her wisdom as a therapist, boundaries expert, and author is extraordinary.
