2023 had to be one of the most life-changing and also difficult years of my life. As I enter the new year, I want to start it off the right way: with healthy habits and realigning myself with what’s most important to me. So I decided to create a spiritual retreat at home!

☾ Witch runes are such a fun divination tool to add to your practice and a great alternative if you have interest in reading rune stones but are overwhelmed by the Elder Futhark. Don't get me wrong, I think the Elder Futhark Runes are very cool to learn and have a rich history, but not everyone has the time and energy for that much memorization! The Witch Runes are fun, easy to learn, and can also be incorporated into your spell work practice! Keep watching if you'd like a quick guide on how to read the Witch Runes!

☾ So we did it: we moved! This has got to be the biggest and honestly hardest change I've ever been through. Ian and I finally have a place of our own, which is super exciting! But it's in a new town 5 hours away from family and friends and the city where we used to call home. Thought it would be fun to share with you a tour of our new home and also my new office/filming setup for this channel!

P.S. this was filmed before the Thrips infestation so my plants are still thriving and majestic in this video 😭😭💜

This retreat couldn't have come at a better time in my life. I went from feeling depressed, worn down, discouraged and anxious to feeling SO ALIVE again. The practices we took part in and the people I got the chance to meet changed my life. I've been itching to share this retreat with you and have poured my heart and soul into this video. I posted a video about my biggest insecurity about 2 years ago. One I even considered plastic surgery for. But today, I'm proud to say it no longer bothers me. I have transformed by mindset and redefined my self worth. I have truly found myself. I still get comments and DMs weekly about that video: so many people struggle with the same insecurity. This video is dedicated to them. I know how it feels and I want them to also to experience the beautiful shift in perspective that I have.

I want everyone to LOVE THEMSELF. Because when we do, there really isn't anything we can't do.

You’re allowed to experiment. You’re allowed to explore. You’re allowed to try different paths, learn more and decide you want to start walking in a new direction.

We don’t thrive in stagnant lives because we aren’t stagnant beings.

Embrace change even though it’s scary. Try new things you’re curious about. And continue learning. That’s part of what keeps life exciting.

I’ve come to realize I don’t like doing the same thing all the time. I feel so much more alive when I embrace adventure and personal growth.

I took a step back,
a pause.
I was moving too fast to fully see everything,

My inspiration has been reborn.
My trust has returned.
