Last picture is my favourite😆 He definitely took some getting used to😅 All the dogs I’ve ever had were small and passive dogs…none like Jake.

In my element. If I’m being honest, this is where I prefer to be!

i’ve always loved being in nature. Connecting with nature and being outdoors really refreshes a persons mind and body.

I always experience a new level of gratitude and peace when being outdoors and that’s a feeling I can’t get from anywhere else.

With the way the world is heading, we have more and more reasons to stay inside instead of putting our phones down and just connecting with the life around us.

But that should be all the more reason why we should have more self-control and to make sure that we aren’t being consumed.

Not prioritising yourself and taking care of yourself can make your life more stressful.

Life is tough enough, let’s not make it harder by neglecting ourselves.

Even though self care isn’t directly improving your income or solving problems, it’ll out you in a better state of mind so you have the energy to continue instead of getting burnt out and living on a thread.

There was a point in my life where, for a whole year, I was playing video games and eating junk food.

It was a tough time mentally because I was doubting myself a lot and my family would just add to that flame…

This put me in a state of confusion & depression because I knew the life I wanted but I had little to no belief that I would be able to get it.

A year later after acknowledging the impact gaming will have on my future, I came to a decision that no matter what, I HAVE to make it work and I HAVE to find a way to move forward.

I had to put my back against the wall, sold my video games and began learning and exercising again.

I didn’t get any immediate answers but I kept knocking on that door and eventually it opened and I found a way, which gave me hope!

Everyday since then has been about learning & becoming the best at what I do. Doing the stuff that no one wants to do or even thinks of doing and just being creative.

My mission is to always be above average. Be the above average person, have the above average mindset, be the above average millionaire, above average partner, son, brother, friend. Being the above average coach!

Being above average means adding as much value as consistently as possible while getting better and taking that further than anyone else would.

Sorry guys, I think I stole the best one out there. Funny story actually…

I never though that I’d ever meet her, let alone stand a chance with her. I legit thought she was in another province and way too beautiful for me.
I guess the colourful nails and curly hair did the trick!😆

5 years later,
She’s the behind the scenes of my grind because she knows it’s gonna be worth it.

We see each others’ vision when no one else does. Only we understand what each of us are building.

We didn’t choose the easiest path but we chose the path that will get us to where we want and no matter how tough, we work through it together and continue growing.

Individually & as a couple, we strive to be above average so we can create an extraordinary dream life together.

About a 1 year ago I wished I was where I am now. It’s just crazy how much you can accomplish in a year!

What I’ve learnt is that no matter how hard you work, if you don’t work hard on the right things, you won’t really be getting too far.

That’s why it’s so important for you to have someone, like a mentor, who you can learn from and that you connect with in someway.

In a way, I was kind of feeling stuck. Like I was maintaining everything I had but I was struggling to get more.

As humans, we love growth and progress and when we aren’t consistent in those things, we feel stuck and need guidance from someone who’s experienced the same thing and is also where you are wanting to be in life.

Not only has my business grown and is helping more people but I have also reached new levels of personal growth, physical well-being and perspective!

And before my business even started growing again, I had to 1st level up myself because your value determines your net worth!

All I can say is…it’s only up from here.

THIS POST IS ABOUT THE CAPTION⬇️

This change happened in 3 months, 3 months ago and I wasn’t really doing much. I didn’t care about the look. It was about how I felt and getting stronger for myself.

What actually pushed me to make this change was the fact that my life was very slow. Business, growth, health etc.

I knew that if I ever wanted to improve these areas of my life, I needed to start showing up for myself everyday. Putting myself in uncomfortable situations like exercise, cold baths and killing distractions.

I started replacing all the habits with better ones and things started changing in my life. I gained more confidence in myself, I felt like I was finally becoming somebody great and my masculinity was shining through for my family, my relationship and myself.

I also made this change for my relationship. My amazing partner is always supportive of me and accepts me as I am but I had this fear inside of me that I won’t be able to take care of her as soon as I hoped because of how slow things were going.

Long story short, 3-4 months of pure focus, consistency and discipline can really change your life!!

Vision is stronger than ever, energy is as high as ever, confidence is through the roof and I know that I am becoming the man I am trusting to become…for my partner, my family and myself.
