A resident DJ should be like your best friend greeting you at the door of his party. You go there because you’re 100% sure if he’s there no matter what you’re gonna have a good night even if the ‘A’ listers don’t even turn up.
I remember going to ‘rulin at MINISTRY OF SOUND back when it opened. CJ Mackintosh was the resident and he was outstanding. Week in week out Some of the best times I ever had there were when he was playing. He epitomised what a resident DJ should be.
