TUESDAY MOTIVATION. If you needed a sign to start, this is it. Have an idea but are scared people won’t like it? Who cares. CREATE CREATE CREATE !!! We’re a year into this and are still figuring it out, all that matters is we’re having fun and are trying to rep what we love🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s been a slow process with our conflicting schedules, but our dream of creating a clothing brand together WILL become a reality this year!! Exercise series: The DUMBBELL RDL
- Recruits posterior chain - essential for injury prevention
- Engages and strengthens hamstrings, glutes, erector spinae
- Allows for greater range of motion
- Learning proper hip mechanics - essential for daily functionality & sport
- Enhances athletic performance

There is a common misconception of deadlifts and how they are “bad for your back”. When performed correctly and safely with a load that is appropriate for the individual, deadlifts can be beneficial for dealing with back pain as it requires you to engage your core & strengthen your low back.💪🏾💪🏾🔥 stay tuned for a future podcast episode on Active Rehab😁

We’re loving these sound bites! In this episode, we discuss our experience playing team sports throughout our lives. We share the benefits that we reaped, including the skills and values that shaped us into the women that we are today. We also touch on the negative impact sports have on some individuals and how that experience can adversely impact their lives.
