Ever wondered how I make an idea in my head come to life as a Stoopkid Stories episode?

I sat down and tracked how I go from thought to actual words on paper and it’s actually pretty simple but there are some steps.

Fellow writers out there…how do you come up with a story idea? Are you character first? Plot first?

A lot of the time, my stories are based off of real live events that have happened to me or people in my life because from any situation there’s a lesson in there somewhere.⭐️

Washington DC, I’ll coming for a week!

A cool thing about being a kid podcaster is working with so many pod friends on their to bring different and unique stories to life!

So fun fact!⭐️

I officially announced on the web on Stoopkid Stories on February 7, 2020. February 7 just happens to be my baby sister’s birthday! And did yall know that Stoopkid Stories is inspired by her??

Her nickname is “Peaches” (shoutout to her friends) and I created the character Peach off of her. And if you go back and listen to Peach’s episodes, Cookie is me (because I love cookies😂😂)

So help me wish my favorite girl, my muse, the OG “Peach” a very happy birthday!!!🎉

Stoop Grownups, is this how it feels when your child gets older??? I’m teary-eyed because in my mind she’s still 12.😭
