5-09-2023- Oak Cliff, TX - A man fended off three armed carjackers who tried to permanently borrow his car from him at a gas station. This ended very bad for one of them who died at the hospital, after he was shot by the victim. The other two sustained non life threatening injuries

5-09-2023 - Johnston, IA - Family & witnesses say a man was forced to shoot another man, who was a family friend, and lived with them. The "family friend" was threatening other neighbors with a knife. He is now deceased and one other person who was accidentally shot, is now recovering.

Police say the shooting stemmed from a dispute between neighbors at a Johnston apartment building.

5-09-2023 - Lexington, NC - A pharmacist, who was grazed by a bullet, fired back at armed robbers who were trying to rob his pharmacy. Im doing so, he also came to the aid of customers who were in the store as well. Although he did not hit anyone, he did fend off the robbery. The police arrived shortly after and were able to track down the suspects who are now being booked in jail.

4-28-2023 - Kingsland, GA - A bad guy who held up a gas station in FL led the police in both Florida and Georgia on a high speed chase in which he crashed his car. Then the Florida man who by the way was wanted for a previous unrelated robber, proceeded on foot to a nearby convenient store. He then robbed the clerk of his keys, and borrowed his car. Wait it gets better! He returned the car via the front window of the convenient store and then proceeded to harass the clerk again. Well the now armed clerk decided it was probably to end this crime spree. He stopped it eight times and sent thy bad guy to the hospital.

4-22-2023 - Albuquerque, NM - A store owner of a smoke shop, fatally shot a burglar who literally broke in, by tunneling through a wall. The would be thief then charged at the owner while holding his hammer and chisel. This turned out to be a really bad idea, as the store owner was armed, with a far superior weapon. No ci******es or vapes were harmed in the making of this story.

The store owner says the burglary was second time he has been victimized.

4-18-2023 - Adair County, KY - A couple was able to stop a brutal attack by two assailants, after they were chased out into a parking lot of a local bar/restaurant. They were able to retrieve a firearm from their vehicle and forced to shoot one of the bad guys. Sadly another good samaritan was also injured in the melee.

3-17-2023 - Gainesville, FL - A father came to the aid of his daughter who had just been assaulted by her ex-boyfriend, after he returned to the scene. Oddly enough, he won't be bothering her anymore. +1 for dad being a good father and apparently a good shot. -1 for the abusive bad guy.

4-01-2023 - Granf Forks, ND - A young man shot and killed an older man who pulled a pellet gun on him in an argument. The details of the argument are unclear but the resault of the incident was not. The guy with the real gun prevailed when he was drawn upon. A word to the wise, don't bring a pellet gun...

The Grand Forks Police Department said 53-year-old Dwight Cross pulled out what appeared to be a sawed-off shotgun when he was fired upon several times. It was later determined to be a pellet gun.

3-27-2023 - Houston, TX - A wheelchair bound vet fought off a man who tried to rob him at a bus top. The bad guy picked the wrong man to rob, as he got shot by the disabled man. A dumb and unlucky criminal was no match for this veteran.

Houston police say a man ran up to the veteran and tried to steal his bag, and the veteran took out a firearm to defend himself.

I'd say her response time was pretty good at about 10 or 20 seconds. Just time enough to retrieve her firearm and stop the threat. +1 for the cirizen, -1 for the bad guy.

3-16-2023 - Philadelphia, PA - A driver with a carry permit got in to a gun battle with two men who tried to carjack him, one of which was armed. Luckily for the good guy, his aim was much better then the would be car thief. He shot the bad guy, who managed to get away, four times and sent him to the hospital.

An 18-year-old man was shot four times after he got into a gun battle with the owner of the car he was trying to steal in Northeast Philadelphia, police said.

2-23-2023 - Bakersfield, CA - An armed homeowner returned home only to find armed men who were running out of his house and being very rude by pointing a gun at him. A gunfight ensued, and both the good guy and one of the bad guys were shot before the bad guys fled. Fortunately the good guy had only a non-life threatening injury. A grandma armed with her hands and probably a purse, some choice words and some helpful neighbors, prevented a 15 year old boy from carjacking her. 2-20-2023 - Chicago, IL - A senior citizen rescued his precious metals from thieves that were under his car trying to borrow his catalytic converter. They made a rookie mistake in pointing a gun at him. However he got in some good target practice but unfortunately missed the bad guys as they sped away. Hopefully his car will still pass emissions.
