Harmless Fun Medium to medium slow tempo, urban, dramedy cue with a playful, uplifting nature. Light-hearted and somewhat comedic, marimbas and xylophones give it a sense of fun. The beat gives it a modern, fresh feel whilst the darker-sounding bass adds a little attitude Alternate mixes, cut-downs....

Under the very helpful guidance of Toon Habraken - Music Composer I'm taking my first steps into the world of production/library music and I'm learning a lot about it! For now, I will focus on productivity and creating more music, until I'm ready to promote my music at some major production music publishers. Very excited about this!

My acoustic guitar composition finished 5th place (out of 78) in the annual Dutch Synthforum contest. Huh, synth you say? Well, yes, because it was made with a software synthesizer (Omnisphere with Nylon Sky extension) and composed & played by me on my digital piano!

After a period of rather intense practice, I recorded another classical piano piece: Intermezzo from Op. 26 by Robert Schumann.
I've been playing classical piano for many years, on and off, and I usually (re-)learn one or a few (short) classical pieces a year. I hope you enjoy this one!

Next to mixing & mastering and making my own electronic music, I enjoy playing classical piano music. I've been playing keyboard and piano for most of my life. My repertoire is limited, but I like to get the most out of the music I play.
My next project is re-learning to play the beautiful Intermezzo Op. 26 by Robert Schumann. Here's my recording from 2013. Among other things, I intend to improve the melodic line in the right hand (I keep missing some of the accents) and to accentuate the bassline more. Wish me luck!
