NEW SERIES IS HERE!

Myself and the team are so excited to share our new series 'a convesation with'. I had the great pleasure of talking to Henry about his incredible sevens career so far including his rookie of they year campaign and playing at the Rio Olympics in 2016.

The theme of our new series surrounds mental health and how athletes are able to overcome adversity. In this episode Henry and I touch on the low's of playing sport and how transitioning from 7's to 15's rugby can sometimes be difficult. Henry talks about his experience trialing for the Rebels and trying to make the switch to Super Rugby.

NEW SERIES !

Our first guest is Rugby 7's star Henry Hutchison.

Henry has been an a valuable member of the Australian 7's team for the last couple years making his debut in the 2015-16 season where he won Rookie of the Year. He then went on to compete at the Summer Olympics in 2016 in Rio representing Australia.

We are very excited to share this with you and can't to get this series off and running !

MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT !!!!!

Our new series starts this weekend! We are very excited to share with you some incredible conversations with our guests in the series called ‘a conversation with’. This series will feature a slightly different format where instead of just interviewing a guest, it will cover a range of interesting topics that are prominent in today’s society !

The topic for the first couple episodes will centre around mental health and how athletes are able to overcome adversity. We are very excited to collaborate with our guests about this as it’s a topic that is becoming more commonly spoken openly about in today’s world. To talk about this we have lined up an exciting list of guests from different sports who have not just featured in Australia but globally as well !

We are hoping this is the next big step in the journey and development of the JC Podcast and that our listeners can take away something from the episode in the form of information or the ability to start a conversation about some important things prevelant in today’s world.
