Everyone wants more traffic to their website, right? That’s where the magic is, and likely where you’ve put most of your hard work at.

By using thought-provoking, eye-catching content, viewers are left waiting for more.

Where are they going to get more? Your website!

Your followers choose to consume your content. They want what you're selling, and they trust your product because they trust you.

By following an intentional social media strategy, you can connect to your audience in more meaningful ways, giving you better quality leads.

Okay, we have to talk about follower trains. I see it every day. People will ask to start a follow train in a random Facebook group, and hundreds of people respond and follow each other.

Sounds like a good thing right? It's not necessarily.

I know seeing that follower count go up is gratifying, but if those followers are people who aren’t looking for your content and services, the rest of your metrics are going to suffer and you’re going to find yourself asking where you went wrong.

That’s why the first step in designing your marketing strategy has to be knowing the audience you’re trying to reach!

Think of yourself. You’re a successful nutritionist who likes hiking and dogs. Would you be attracted to content that is all about junk food, video games, and cats (there’s nothing wrong with those things, they’re some of my favorites!) or would you be looking for cool hiking destinations, grooming tips for your dog, and fun, healthy recipes?

That same concept applies to your Instagram feed. It should be directed to a specific type of person so that when they see your content, they stop and think, “Wow, this person gets me. Let me check out the rest of what they have to offer.”

That strategy is going to include everything from your grid, captions, photos, stories, and even your comments! So take your time and be thoughtful.

With billions of people online, it’s easy to get buried by competition. Everything we could ever want is right at the tip of our fingers. It’s a blessing and a curse!

Keep showing up, reminding people of who you are and what you do, and why people should purchase from YOU instead!

Save this for the next time you're content planning as a reminder!

When's the last time you did a bio audit?

If you're looking at your screen like.. a what? Don't worry, I've got you!

Here's the 3 top things you want to optimize you draw in the right audience!

Your profile picture:

This is the very first thing potential followers see when you're interacting with other accounts or when they visit you. Unless you are a huge corporation, I STRONGLY advise you to personalize this. People want to know there's a human behind the account. Faces are memorable, and you want to be remembered. Showcase who you are, your personality, and represent your brand the way you would a book cover!

Your headline and bio:

Make every character count! Your headline should have your name or company name - people need to know who they’re talking to! - and your bio should give a clear idea of what your business does and for who. Highlight a service, add a branded hashtag, or grab your company tagline and let people know what you’re all about.

Your link in bio:

How you handle this one is totally up to you, but you HAVE to have a link here where potential clients can reach you! At minimum you should have your website, but depending on your services, you may want to look into an alternative (which you can read all about on my blog - link in bio 😉) that can separate your links easily for your audience.

Save this post for your next bio audit and drop an emoji in the comments if it helped!

People want to buy from and support other humans.

By being present on social media, you're giving consumers a look behind the scenes and a chance to really connect with your brand on a more personal level.

The more you build that connection with your audience, the more you build your authority.

Authority translates to trust.

Trust is VITAL to online success. People are more likely to follow you, actively consume your content, trust your product or service, visit your website, etc. if they trust you first.

Build that connection! Tell me in the comments one way you connect with your audience!

Did you know there are 4.48 billion people using social media around the world

93% of those users are active every single day

In the US, there’s an average of 7 accounts per person

Instagram alone has 500 million users every single day!

By not having a strong presence, you are actively missing out on potential sales!

Some people LOVE calendars, check lists, reminders, having an exact daily breakdown of what needs to get done. Others... don't. And either way you work is OKAY.

But as a business owner, you have to stay organized and know what's going on in your business and what needs to get done.

Having an organized and detail oriented VA who can plan out your week / days and send you reminders about what you have coming up on your calendar is a great way to stay on top of your to do list without having to actually stay on top of it.

A VA can also schedule your clients for you, including confirmations and rescheduling.

How are you deciding to use your limited time? Are you feeling stretched too thin? Are you considering taking on a new project in this season of growth, but you’re scared you already have too much going on?

A virtual assistant is a great asset to your team. Even just an extra 15 hours a MONTH can free you up to tackle that next big thing or even just take a little off your plate to give you breathing room.

One of the hardest challenges a business owner faces is when and how to delegate. At Virtually Strong, I understand that struggle and how important it is to have someone who will handle your business the way YOU would.

Hiring a virtual assistant that you can rely on and trust is one of the best ways to handle this transition because YOU are in control of what services to take advantage of and how many hours you utilize your VA (aka how many hours you give back to yourself ;)

01/02/2020

If you can say yes to these questions, you should consider hiring a virtual assistant!

A VA can simplify and streamline your busy business, so you can focus on the things only YOU can do 💡

Hello and welcome to my brand new business page for Virtually Strong!

You may be wondering - "What exactly is a virtual assistant?"

A virtual assistant is someone who provides administrative support and completes a variety of other tasks for small business owners.

I'm just getting started and I would LOVE your support in any way. If you're a small business owner, let's talk! What kind of tasks could you delegate that would allow you the free time to focus on your business and personal life? If you aren't a business owner, maybe you know one or two who might be interested you could direct to the page.

Maybe you aren't a business owner and maybe you don't know anyone who is, but you can still help me out by liking this page and sharing it with people you know.

Thanks everyone for your support! I am so excited and ready to get this going!

If you are interested and ready to talk to me more in depth, please follow this link to select a time and date that work for you! https://calendly.com/virtuallystrong/new-client-first-meeting

Welcome!

Hi everyone and thanks for visiting! My name is Kelcie Slone and I am the founder of Virtually Strong. I wanted to take a few minutes and tell you a little about myself and my company. I live in Seymour, Indiana and have lived here for *most* of my life. My little family is made up of my loving boyfriend, two step kids, 3 cats, and 1 tortoise. I decided to launch this business because I want to invest in MY dream and help others achieve theirs through empowerment and time management, rather than dedicating my time to a large corporation for the next 40 years. Traveling and being able to spend time with my loved ones are two huge priorities to me, and unfortunately, in today’s society that is a dream that is very difficult to achieve. However, I believe in the power of believing in one’s self and that led me here. Thanks for taking the time to read my story - I can’t wait to hear yours!
