He joined our local school system 'post' pandemic at a time when our country is facing education challenges he could have never dreamed of.

We were fortunate enough to sit down with Nate Bailly, a Professional School Counselor, who has been practicing in our public schools for the past seven years. We cover the history and evolution of 'school counseling', what counselors actually do vs. what we think they do, where the profession is heading, how parents and professionals can partner and leverage each other to help students and so much more.
Here is a pro-tip: If you think you may need counseling or profession therapy, the answer is yes. Get some. Mental health is for everyone.
