It's Lieutenant Jae, back when she was a mere Ensign. She's been a Starfleet Officer for a long time and we think it's time she gets her own command!

Lt. Jae was a background character seen all around the Star Trek franchise, most prominently having all sorts of jobs on the Enterprise D and E. She was played by Tracee Lee Cocco and was never officially given a name in the series but has become a very important part of Trek fandom. We think it's time Lt. Jae got promoted, and got her own ship! A perfect fit for Lower Decks don't you think?

Meet Lt. Jae, one of The Next Generations most versatile unsung heroes! She's been through many jobs on the Enterprise D/E through the series and movies! She's never mentioned by name but is frequently in the background. The actor, Tracee Cocco, was even more versatile! Not only did she play Lt. Jae, she also worked on Voyager and DS9 playing everything from a Borg drone, to standing in for Alice Krige as the Borg Queen. She's been an Alien drinking at Quarks, and was in so many of the Star Trek games. Here's hoping to see Captain Jae one day! (Lower Decks, we're looking at you)
