Here is something I read today: “ food is very very complex. The more processed the food is the more it’s removed from nature and the more it’s destroyed and it’s been heated and cooled and cut and diced and sliced and packaged. And it’s been prepared with chemicals so it doesn’t spoil. By the time you get it into your body, it may taste good but it’s so far removed from what you need that your body has to draw on its own tissue as to function. You end up using your own resources and wearing down your system by eating processed foods.”~ Dr. Robert HedayaI would like to add what also ends up happening is you feel hungry very soon after just eating because your body is still searching for nutrients only found in REAL FOOD! • I have also posted the original photo of the mixed veggie tray on this post which I actually made myself 😋as well as baked sliced sweet potatoes and a baked Kale and sliced pear.
