Hello social media users,

April Fool's Day seems like an appropriate time to post that I have new shows coming up this month.

This Thursday, April 4th, I'll be doing a 10 minute spot as part of the 4/4 Liberty Funny Bone Open Mic in the suburbs of Cincinnati.

On Thursday, April 11th, I will be one of six comics performing as part of the "Comedy Death Match" at the Louisville Comedy Club.

On Thursday, April 18th, I will be doing some spots in/around Minneapolis, MN (details to come).

On Friday, April 19th & Saturday, April 20th, I will be headlining Goonie's Comedy Club - Rochester, MN.

There's a new episode of A Tight 45 with Tabari McCoy out today - and it features Avail Comedy's own Rachel Gallagher!

Rachel knows two things: Comedy and talent. Now that she's part of the Avail Comedy team, she's combining her two loves into a career while helping her clients laugh all the way to the ... Well, why not let her tell you!

A lifelong fan of stand-up comedy who got hooked on live performance when her womb-mate first got on stage at 18, Rachel started working in the corporate world in project management, working and living in London, Munich, Melbourne and Singapore before going back to her first love: Comedy. That led to her settling in Los Angeles in 2018, before producing podcasts. The pandemic saw her start running the "Nowhere Comedy Club," the first virtual club to bring live stand-up to your living room. She also produced and co-hosted a virtual show that raised almost $100K for comedians that were out of work.

In 2020 she transitioned into talent management, now alongside Jessica and Tasha. Her primary focus are comedic actors, writers, and performers. Her clients are on Netflix, Comedy Central, Hulu, Adult Swim, Hartbeat, and can be heard on Sirius/XM.

In this highlight from the latest episode of A Tight 45, Rachel discusses the one entity in comedy she didn't expect to be so entertaining – even if it is a source of fear for many people!
