We are pleased to announce that for the upcoming CVAP Awards 2023, instead of the usual T20 CVAs, we will be recognizing The Ten Outstanding Certified Voice Artists of the Philippines. This is a special honor that is bestowed upon those who have demonstrated exceptional talent, skill, and professionalism in the field of voice artistry, which encompasses voiceovers, voice acting, public speaking, hosting, and the like.

In addition to this, we will also be acknowledging Certified Voice Artists with undeniable LCD to the CVAP MVP. This award recognizes the Loyalty, Commitment, and Dedication of a Certified Voice Artist to the CVAP Mission, Vision, and Passion. Shierwin Alberio, also known as DJ Sherwin Voice is an event host, voice over talent, and movie dubber. He is a former radio DJ, radio field reporter, TV segment reporter, and online TV host. He sometimes also accepts product endorsement and ex-deals for social media posting. Shierwin believes that being a voice over talent is not all about money all the time. He has done voice over projects for free for live events and several AVPs, especially those for charitable causes.

Shierwin caters to voiceovers for both local and international clients. Aside from doing Tagalog and English voiceovers, he can also produce voiceovers in regional languages such as Cebuano and Ilonggo/Hiligaynon. He started doing voiceovers when he entered the radio and broadcasting industry in 2009 when he was a radio DJ and reporter. He eventually started hosting events and dubbing projects. In July 2021, he joined the Certified Voice Artist Program which helped him hone and enhance his voiceover skills. He feels that he has learned a lot from CVAP as he saw the difference between his voiceover works in the past and after completing the workshop.

Aside from doing voice-related jobs, he is also working GMA as a news production specialist for GMA, and as a part-time Financial Advisor for an insurance company. Shierwin loves and enjoys what he is doing, and like other nominees, he is also hopeful to be one of the Top Certified Voice Artists of the Philippines this year.

Leo Martin Cellan, CVAP's "LilVoice", is a person with partial blindness since birth. He transformed this difficulty seeing so that barriers in his passion to service are invisible. Martin was invited to join Voice of the Youth in 2019 and since then, he started collaborating with the members by sharing his ideas and experiences in broadcast and news production because he was already a newsman since 2017, and a radio DJ in 2016.

Martin is currently an active volunteer for Voice Of The Youth, the Chair-Organization for Active Citizenship in the General Santos City Local Youth Development Council; a servant of FEAST GenSan; Vice President for Internationalism of JCI TwinStar General Santos; member of Mindanao Youth for Mental Health, 2030 Youth Force of the Philippines, Committee Chairperson for Social Inclusion and Equity: Peace Building and Equality of the 1st One Mindanao Youth Parliament, Committee Chairperson for Social Inclusion and Equity and Presiding Officer of the 13th National Youth Parliament Cluster 8; consultant to the Federation of Students' Organizations - General Santos; and currently forming the PWD Youth of General Santos City.

Martin failed to graduate CVAP Batch 8 after losing his bag with his phone, laptop, condenser microphone, small mixer, and other production materials at the bus terminal. But he chose to bounce back and came back for CVAP Batch 13 where he volunteered to be the Batch Recital Director, producing two iconic dramas with his voicemates.

After the CVAP Batch 13 InVOICEtiture, he got hired as the Executive Producer of Ronda Brigada, a local TV newscast program in General Santos City where he produced live reports and features on social issues and concerns. In July 2022, Martin joined the Local Government Unit of General Santos City and worked as the Plans, Programs, and Development personnel for the Persons with Disabilities Affairs Office. After almost a year of inspiring people through his works, he kept his silent support to the mission of VOTY and CVAP.

This year, alongside CVAP and VOTY, Martin spearheaded the second VoiceWorx By CVAP: A Voice Acting Caravan in General Santos targeting—for the first time–the PWD youth during the annual GenSan Summer Youth Festival. The said workshop touched the lives of individuals who are now dreaming of becoming a Certified Voice Artist.

Donnah Vee Abuyuan, also known as Your Cutesy Voice, is a remarkable individual with a captivating talent for voice acting. Although she may come across as soft-spoken and shy, her skills as a Certified Voice Artist (CVA) allow her to flourish and embrace every challenge and opportunity that comes her way.

As a CVAP graduate, Donnah has honed her craft and developed a deep passion for voice acting. Donnah's commitment to giving back to her community is evident through her volunteer work in the secretariat team during CVAP Batch 11. She was given an exciting opportunity to be one of the hosts of the popular MindSpeaks Program on VG8 Radio. And one of the things that she is very proud of is landing a spot as one of the trusted individuals in Dubbing Booth Company and CreatiVoices Productions. She firmly believes that being present and ready to take on any task or project is the key to success. This mindset has earned her a well-deserved place among the Top Certified Voice Artists of the Philippines.

Noel Jualo, a graduate of CVAP Batch 14, is a newbie in the voiceover industry who is passionate about making a difference. He believes in the power of both paid work and pro bono volunteerism to create positive change. With a strong work ethic, a compassionate mindset, and a desire to contribute to meaningful causes, he is dedicated to leveraging his skills and expertise to benefit others. He is very grateful that even if he was new to the industry he is being considered for various paid projects, such as Youtube narration and audiobooks.

In addition to his paid services, he is also deeply committed in providing pro bono volunteer work. He offers his skills and expertise to nonprofit organizations, charities, and even individuals who sees the benefit in his talent. He is currently a regular co-host at the Certified Voice Artist Program and also a part of VG Radio's Faith News and Stories on Air, as well as The Audiobook Project. He was also one of the CVA's who became a part of the Special Undas Episode of the Kilabot Pinoy Horror Stories on Spotify. In addition. he was also the Voice of Light the World at Mabuhay Deseret Foundation to promote the Foundation's great cause. Noel lives by his personal mantra: "The more we give, the happier we feel." and that volunteering increases self-confidence a lot.

Racquel Sarah Castro is a strong independent woman with a disability who has a mission of spreading inspiration through her voice. Living with Cerebral Palsy, she graduated with a Master’s in Information Technology at the University of Perpetual Help Systems Laguna. She works in the Department of Information and Communications Technology as their Project Development Officer II and IIDB Monitoring Lead. She is also a member of the IIDB Communications Team.

She is a Certified Voice Artist, Minister, and Tech Entrepreneur. Racquel developed two projects for the City of Biñan: Digital Goals Biñan Freelancing Webinar Series, which aims to introduce freelancing to our people, and an analytics framework for the City of Biñan which mainly focuses on creating an easy way to collect, transform and make data an asset for the City.

In addition, she is also the social media manager of Soroptimist International of Alabang, the Certified Voice Artist Program, and other personal pages for her clients. She is the head of the Writers’ team of CVAP Inc. Her love for data analytics led her to volunteer in an International Organization, She Loves Data where she serves as the website coordinator and the lead for its Manila Chapter. She is also a member of the Analytics Association of the Philippines and LO Secretary of JCI Biñan Inc. She was the Vice President for Public Relations of the online synergy Speakers Club, a Toastmasters Speakers Club. She is an executive assistant for the Filipino Online Professionals Service Cooperative.

In December 2020, she gained an international certification as Dashboard Specialist from TIBCO, She Loves Data, and Singapore Management University. Her group won the You Are What You Eat Datathon sponsored by She Loves Data and MSD.

Awarded as a 1075 Tagumpay at Kagitingan Icon, she is often invited by different organizations and government agencies to talk about her drive to be successful in her chosen field, a clear demonstration of how she used her voice, despite her condition, to inspire, inform, involve, and empower our fellow Filipinos.
