আমার সাথে ঘটে যাওয়া লাইফের যেকোনো ঘটনায় আমি সবসময় পজিটিভ সাইডটা দেখার চেষ্টা করি। যেমন,

কাউকে কল দিলাম, কিন্তু সে কেটে দিলো, আমি ভাবি যে হয়তো সে বাস/কোনো জনবহুল জায়গায় আছে, তাই ধরতে পারে নাই, পরে ব্যাক করবে।

পরে গেট ব্যাক না করলে ধরে নেই যে হয়তো অনেক ব্যস্ত সময় যাচ্ছে, ফুরসৎ পায় নাই।

কেউ প্রপারলি বিহেভ না করলে ধরে নেই maybe he/she is having a bad day.

কারো ধাক্কা লাগলে ধরে নেই, হয়তো দেখে নাই, থাক।

কোনো কিছু না পেলে, ভেবে নেই যে এইটা তো আমার রিজিকেই ছিলো না।

কখনও রেজাল্ট খারাপ করলে ভাবি আমি তো আসলেই ইফোর্ট দেই নাই প্রপারলি, নেস্কট বার দিবো।

এই যে "Let go" এর ব্যপারটা আমার মধ্যে কিন্তু একদিনে আসে নাই। আমার কাছে মনে হয় এটা একটা স্পিরিচুয়াল প্র্যাকটিস। করতে করতে মাইন্ডসেট এ পরিণত হয়।

This mindset made me realize that "We choose to create our own happiness"

সত্যিই তো তাই, আমি যা বিশ্বাস করতে চাই, তা ই তো আমার মনের বিশ্বাস, তাই না?

Regardless of what the actual reality is, You can always choose to play the kinder role. You may not win but you won't lose either.
