Tech Tip- Quick tip-
Don't use Windex or other glass cleaners on TVs or computer Monitors. Most contain alcohol and will burn the screen or leave streaks (which in most cases is permanent)
Instead use a proper TV or computer monitor cleaner or approved eye wear cleaner, and a clean micro fiber cloth.

Tech Tip- AMAZON WORKSPACE USERS:
Ctrl+Alt+Enter is the Hotkey for switching between fullscreen on all monitors and windowed on one. This will allow you to use your desktop in the background and still have Amazon Workspace allocated to one monitor.

Keep keyboards and Mice Clean for better operation. A sticky key/button can add extra time to daily tasks and spell certain Death in video games.

Tech Tip of the day

Did you know your android phone/tablet can become a mobile Retro game system?

Download your favorite retro system simulator (Mugen 64/super retro 16 for example)
then go online and download some "rom" files of the old games you used to enjoy playing.

Now load those up on your mobile device and enjoy.

Want to take it a step further?

pair a blue tooth gamepad to the phone and now you have an old NEW style gaming controller.

A step further and pair the phone to a smart TV/google chrome and you now have a retro game system up to PlayStation one on your television with a gamepad.

Tech Tip of the day-
When transferring files from your computer to an external hard drive that is USB 3.0 compatible, plug the hard drive into the port with the "blue" insert this is your USB 3.0 port and is much faster for file transfer.

Tech tip of the day- Setting up a "Defragment schedule" in your settings can help prolong the life of your computer and hard drive.

This is almost like an oil change for a car. (keep things slick and smooth)

You can schedule these to be done while you sleep if you do them often enough (longer intervals require longer defragment times)

Hard drives on computers are prone to failure. So, before your computer starts having problems and you lose all your family pictures and pictures of trips. I always suggest people back up pictures and important documents OFF the computer on a flash drive or external hard drive.
