As a service provider, it is our utmost priority to render our service to it's perfection.

We do what we can to ensure our service is rendered well

We all know, a good service would require sufficient time.

But despite our best effort to advise on timeline

In most cases, client don't seem to care

And they wanted the timeline to remain the same, the product quality to be perfect, and no extra cost

But did they know that our team have to work until midnight to do this?

Did they ever considered urgent manpower that will be incurred?

No. Most people in corporate don't care.

And when you make a small mistake, you get penalised and you shall be expected to give compensation, and sometimes the reason can be for "mental damages"

Yeap, you get all sorts of reasons for discounts.

In most cases, small businesses like us are already walking on thin margin, squeezing out every penny to pay for express service & etc, and now we'll need to squeeze out more from our pocket.

That is the reality of being a small business working with corporates 1 million times of our size.

To people in corporate, please understand that RM2k or even RM20k is nothing for your organisation, but to a small business, it could make or break them.

Plus getting extra RM2k won't make your multi billion dollar business any richer. That RM2k also won't be going to your own bank account.

So, why do this to a small business? It wouldn't hurt to be nice.

If you’ve been around in Kuala Lumpur and is an avid pastry lover, then the name KLCG Confectionary & Bakery won’t be a stranger to you. With it located right in KL’s most iconic landmark – Dataran Merdeka, it has won over hearts from all around the country (and even out of Malaysia). Sadly, they will be bidding goodbye soon.

According to a post that went up on KLCG’s IG page in October, they have announced that they will indeed be closing this chapter real soon. They stated that “2023 will be the last year of KLCG at Dataran Merdeka”.

However, they are not shutting its doors, but simply moving out from the iconic landmark. They will be reinventing and starting a whole new chapter – “KLCG 2.0”. Many fans of the bakery have since poured in over devastation of the news on the IG comment section.
