Met a woman yesterday that really broke down the chakras and the meanings yesterday. Your body, mind, and spirit is all connected.

When healing your body, you heal everything as a whole and not just the physical. If you don't fix the mind, it falls out of tune with the spirit. In which the spirits sends a message through the body.

For example- the mind suffers from depression, which resorts to, let's say over eating (obesity). The spirit sends you a message through your body in which you have physical problems- HBP, Heart attacks, no stamina, lethargy etc.

Once you fix the mind then you can fix the body which connects you back with your spirit giving you perfect balance.

Learn yourself, your chakras, and your spirit.

Trials.....it's going to get hard, it's going to be unbearable however, you must fight through it. Just think about how strong you will be after you make it through the trial. Just imagine the experience you will gain, just imagine the knowledge you will acquire.

Failure....

Romans 5:3-5 states "More than that, we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us."

2 Corinthians 12:9-10 states "But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. For the sake of Christ, then, I am content with weaknesses, insults, hardships, persecutions, and calamities. For when I am weak, then I am strong."

Failure is not a bad thing failure builds growth and understanding. No one in life makes it without failing atleast once. If you fall, pick yourself up again and learn how not to fall again. The most high knows that you are weak in some areas that is why he tests you to make you stronger in that area. So think of failure as a accolade. The more you have the more experience you gain.

Don't let negativity cut you repel it with good spirits and positive energy. Remove anyone from your life that always have a dark cloud over their head. Negative energy spreads like a plague, infecting everyone until it completely destroys. Negativity = stress, stress=dis-ease

Hello all, remember to do daily stretches and deep breathing. Yoga is great to practice. Loosening your muscles will solve atleast 70% of your daily pain. Deep breathing super charges your immune system and cleans out your body of toxins. Stay hydrated in this heat.

Feeling sick??

Go to the store and acquire you some Elderberry syrup and drink 10 mls for 3 days and if symptoms are not gone continue another 3 days. Remember to consult your doctor to see if you can take it if you are on medications.

Sore throat?

Brew you up some herbal spearmint, mint, citrus, lemon balm tea and drink a cup in the morning and a cup at night for 2-3 days and if symptoms still reside drink for another 2-3 days.

Fever?

Chewing lemon balm leaves will ease your fever and head ache slightly but you must remember your body is reacting to an imbalance so make sure you keep watch over what you consume or is exposed to.
