Business Owners! Here are a few tips that got me to 7 figures: 🔥🔥🔥

1: Omnipresence. Get on every platform because you need to be easy to find! (please create a google business profile)🌍

2. CRM software. The money is in the follow up so it’s important to collect your leads information so you can retarget them!

3. Collaboration. OPA = other people’s audience 🔥 this is an awesome way to get more eyes on your services or products. Podcast, Events, Social media skits etc.

4. Hire a team. You don’t have to be an expert in everything. Hire other experts to assist you. If you can’t afford to pay them then partner with them and give them a percentage of the profits for the work that they do. (Be smart about this though, don’t give too much) 💯

5.Reciepts/Testimonials. Get as many testimonials as you can as this builds your credibility. Also don’t be scared to hire a PR team to help place you on articles and possibly even get on tv. This isn’t as expensive as you think 💭

6. Mentorship. There are so many things that you don’t know. Understand that and invest in a mentor to fill these gaps for you!!

Do all of these things and remain consistent for at least a year! Worst thing you can do is give up.

I purchased this via seller financing. Paid $7,000 down. Then paying the owner $660/month. 🏡

I didn’t have to get my credit pulled and I don’t have a new loan showing up on my credit report.

After rehab this will also produce another $1000/month net cashflow.💰

I didn’t retire from nursing at age 29 because I made a million dollars in a day lol I wish it was that easy.

I retired because in simply purchased 1 asset at a time.

I believed in myself, surrounded myself with other like minded individuals, then took chances 💯💯

You have seen all of my wins but let’s look at a recap of this years loses 🥲

• I lost $15,000 on a short term rental investment

• I have had at least $100,000 in wholesale contracts fall through 🥹

• I’ve had a contractor ghost me and take $10,000

• I’ve lost 2 of my top producing arbitrage units because new ownership purchased the property and changed their rules.

• Currently battling for $10,000 in EMD that a seller attempted to keep when he backed out of a deal

• Insurance went up on one of my homes by $4,000

• Pipes bursted in one of my rentals last winter and costed me $10,000 in repairs

Despite all of this I still made 7 figures within the last year. I just wanted to shed light to you all that Investing has risk.

If you aren’t ready to solve problems then stay where you are comfortable. This isn’t for the weak 💯

Back then I thought I had it all figured out. 🤣

Who would have thought 💭 I would graduate from nursing school then retire 3 years later 🥰😌👑

When COVID came I knew I wanted out!! I didn’t have an issue with healthcare. I had an issue with being trapped.

Trapped making a small salary. Trapped trading time for money.🥹

Not being able to travel the world like I wanted to.

Guess what, once I started buying houses for under $3,000 that all changed 🥰

Now my whole team is retired 🙏🏾👑

All I can say is, Thank you God! ❤️ and thank you all for supporting me throughout my journey 🙌🏾
