Burnout is REAL.
According to a study done by the World Health Organization nearly 3 in 5 adults report negative effects of work stress including lack of interest, motivation, or energy. 34% reported emotional exhaustion and 44% reported physical fatigue.

Burnout is real, but it’s also has solutions.

And we’re here to tell you that it is NOT necessary to overwork yourself in order to succeed. In fact, it only hinders success.
