We are back this week with some more MASSIVE upgrades to the truck... She gets some proper suspension overhaul!

We fit the Dobinsons Spring & Suspension Shocks - Monotube Remote Reservoir (MRR) - 3 way adjustable and install "new" parabolic springs on the rear. She is going to be a lot of fun to drive offroad!

Upgrading the comfort in our vintage truck 🙌

Anyone who owns an old military truck would know this : changing the stock seats is a must ✅️

We have successfully installed the scheel-mann Traveller LR in our 6x6 Volvo and we couldn't be happier!

Not only do they look beautiful but they are also the most comfortable seats we've ever sat on. We cannot wait to put some miles on them during our travels 🗺

Nothing better than a good Before & After 👌

When you work on a vehicle everyday, it's easy to forget how far you have come. Painting the truck was definitely a priority for us. We remember when we painted .unimog from army camo to sandy taupe, it sparked our motivation and enthusiasm for the build 🙌

We are currently working on the interior fitout as we speak and Chris is making awesome progress! We'll be sharing more on here but in the meantime it's live on YouTube 📺

Our last day in Australia (for now!) - Australia is home and we will be back aboard Bowser before long 😊

Sorry for the lack of videos lately, as you can imagine we've been busy planning our move to the other side of the world and researching/purchasing as much as we can for the new build.

We also celebrated Oakley's first birthday which feels surreal - time does go fast! 🥺

Thank you for your patience, we'll be back in a few weeks showing you life in Europe and starting our 1975 ex-army 6x6 build 😄

A little getaway ✈️

We are very grateful to be able to travel full-time; especially with our son Oakley and be present for all his milestones 🥰
But full-time parenting (huge respect to parents who do it solo or have more than one child!) no matter if on the road or not, is draining.

Our little man is growing well and he is a strong, healthy & happy boy but he's just not ever sleeping well 😴😵‍💫🥴

So we are taking a little break to Bali and meeting my parents there (.the.baroudeuse). Hopefully we will come back feeling refreshed, have a bit of support with Oaks and maybe even get a couple massages!💆🏼‍♀️

We were here three years ago on our Mog shakedown trip. We had borrowed a kayak and managed to get a bunch of big crays off some nice bommies👌

This time we come back, not only with a completed home, but also a boat and a baby!
We had an incredible time as a family and even took Oakley on his first boat mission - turns out our True Kit boat is baby friendly ✅️

Could there be a better way to kick off our Exmouth/Ningaloo adventures?

We had amazing company (with the legends Katie and Nick .the.landy), went diving with them for crayfish, camped at this underrated beach front camp spot and took our True Kit for its first maiden voyage in WA (much more successful than in QLD!) 🚤

This is our 4th time here and probably one of our favorite destinations in Aus, it has it all! 🙌
