The EAP Society is kicking promotions for the EAP Society Spring Festival into high gear, and our Elvis Tribute Artist Competition is a big part of that! Check out the video to see how we're treating the ETAs who enter better than any other contest:
1: Entry is $150, but if the event gets the sponsor levels we're after, every ETAs who enters before we get our sponsors will have their entry fee refunded!
2: Prizes are: 1st - $2,000; 2nd - $1,000; 3rd - $500... but if we sell out the weekend, those prizes DOUBLE! And they could go up even more depending on the sponsors we get, as well.
3: Every ETA who enters will get a link to send to their fans, and when fan buy tickets through that link, they get a portion of it! And if we sell out, the person who sells the most will see that DOUBLE!
4: We do the actual contest differently, too; the categories are aimed at helping ETAs actually get something useful out of the contest experience AND encourage ETAs to do unique songs that they wouldn't do otherwise (more on that in a future video) - because we want the audience to have a unique experience and for ETAs to do what they're strongest with, not just "contest songs." And we can do that because our judges know Elvis as well as anyone you could possibly find to judge - and each judge's sheet has a place for judges to write constructive advice for the ETAs as well!
Help us build this into something even bigger and better each year, because as this grows, what we're able do for Elvis fans and ETAs will, too!
