Honey Garlic Wings, BBQ Riblets & Chicken Satay Platter
Honey Garlic Chicken Wings
Ingredients
2 lb (900 g) chicken wings
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper
Honey Garlic Glaze
¼ cup honey
¼ cup soy sauce
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
Instructions
1. Season wings with salt and pepper.
2. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 35–40 minutes or air-fry at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes until crispy.
3. In a saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, garlic, ketchup, vinegar, and chili flakes.
4. Simmer for 3–5 minutes until slightly thickened.
5. Toss hot wings in the glaze and serve immediately.

Sticky BBQ Riblets
Ingredients
1½ lb (700 g) pork ribs or riblets
1 tsp salt
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp black pepper
BBQ Glaze
½ cup barbecue sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
1. Rub ribs with salt, paprika, garlic powder, and pepper.
2. Cover and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2½–3 hours until tender.
3. Mix barbecue sauce, honey, and soy sauce.
4. Brush over ribs and broil or grill for 5–8 minutes until glossy and caramelized.

Chicken Satay Skewers
Ingredients
1 lb (450 g) chicken breast or thigh, sliced into strips
Wooden skewers, soaked
Marinade
½ cup coconut milk
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground coriander
Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
1. Mix all marinade ingredients.
2. Add chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is even better).
3. Thread chicken onto skewers.
4. Grill or pan-sear over medium-high heat for 8–10 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through and lightly charred.

To Serve
Arrange the honey garlic wings, BBQ riblets, and satay skewers on a large white platter. Garnish with fresh spinach, watercress, or mixed greens and serve with:
Steamed jasmine rice
Peanut sauce for the satay
Extra barbecue sauce on the side
Serves: 4–6 people
