This is the story so far...
I’ve experimented with home recording on and off for many years, and had some success with it, such as getting placement in a music library and scoring music for a movie that I got to see in the theater. However, my focus had been primarily on performing live music -- playing guitar as well as Greek bouzouki.
But now, I just don’t have the time to play in bands. So I’m focused on my studio now as a way to remotely create and play music and connect with others.
There are so many different skills involved with recording music. There’s so much to learn in so many different areas. I’m lucky to have knowledgeable friends who have been very helpful to me. I’m going to document my journey here and share what I learn so I can hopefully help others, as well.
